Well deserved honor and recognition James! Happy Veterans Day and thanks for all who serve!

James Dougherty, a third-year student at The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine, was recently awarded one of the most generous and comprehensive scholarships offered by the United States Air Force for public health officers, the F. Edward Herbert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). This three-year scholarship in return for three years of service was open to DVM and MPH candidates and James was one of two students selected nationwide.

Join us in congratulating James and thank you to all those have served and are currently serving in our nation's armed forces.
