I’m making shirts and messaging people that they are ready and people are ghosting me. Please understand I am only selling them for the cost to make them, I have already pre-purchased the supplies and when I make them and you don’t pay/get them, I’m out the money and time. I work a full time job, trains side job, and foster. I don’t have the spare time to waste. So, if you’ve changed your mind please just tell me now before I continue to make them.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know I’m working on the next batch of shirts again. August was a crazy busy month and I’m sorry for the delay! I appreciate your patience. I’m working hard to fit them all in. I’ll be messaging you when they are done for payment/pick up/shipping etc.

Just a reminder for those paying via Venmo or PayPal — please make sure to select friends & family and not goods & services (or however it says it). I’m not making profit off these shirts. All of the money goes toward the supplies I need to make them (shirts, photo vinyl, lettering vinyl, ink). If you select the option for goods & services it deducts some of the amount you send because it thinks you’re paying a business.

Molly Bureau/Dunning is OUT OF JAIL with a lousy 5K bail posted . She was transferred from Westmoreland to Armstrong County and they reduced her bail. Our justice system is failing us here ! I don't even know what to say 😡

After seeking several opinions, unfortunately a necropsy was unable to be performed due to Nani having been in the elements from at least July 2nd until July 20th. They were able to do x-rays and she had no broken bones. So, it appears she was not hit by a train.

It was very hard to hear, how little was left of our sweet Nani Nyx's physical body when she was found and that we were not able to get answers, even after consulting with top forensic veterinarians in the USA. BUT this is still very much an active investigation! Everyone working on Nani's case is very determined and working hard to get justice for our sweet Nani Nyx.

Nani is being cremated and she will be home with us again soon. ✨🖤✨🌈

Thank you for the support, everyone.
I do not have any updates at this time. I likely won't have any updates for quite some time- as this is still a very active investigation. When there is an update I will share.

For now all I know, is all you know. Molly Bureau will be staying in jail for quite some time as her bail was raised and she was deemed a flight risk. We have court again at the end of September. Maybe, then we will learn more, maybe we won't learn more until court in front of a jury. It could be 2years until that happens based on courts being so back logged. She will remain in jail through that time, though!

Grief is a very hard process, as is healing from all the trauma experienced around Nani's passing. Please respect us as we try to heal. Love , Eva ✨🖤✨

Those who have been following this tragic story … You know the details.

For those of you who may be unaware of what happened to Nani Nyx, a beautiful one year-old German Shepherd. She was the beloved pet and watched over and loved her family unconditionally: Eva a single mother and her three beautiful children.

Nani's owner entrusted her care to a local "pet sitter" Molly Bureau, her alias on Facebook, Moll Dunning, who stole Nina Nyx. Molly picked her up at the family’s home the evening of July 1, wished them safe travels and promised Nani would be safe and well cared for … Nani Nyx never came home!

Unfortunately when Eva returned home and was calling Molly to arrange pick up … all her calls, IMs and text messages went unanswered! Molly Bureau didn’t live at the address she provided the family! Every pet owners worst nightmare began for this family on July 4th!

After weeks of trying to find both Molly and Nani Nyx, on Monday, July 18, Molly was finally located and arrested by Trafford Police! She was arrested without Nani Nyx and she refused (and still refuses) to cooperate with authorities.

It wasn’t until July 20th that Nani Nyx was discovered deceased, dumped along the railroad tracks in Braddock. This was thanks to a family friend of Eva’s in Minnesota who saw her post about Nina and sent it to her friend who worked on the railroad in Pittsburgh. This friend realized he had seen a dog that looked like Nani by the tracks and alerted authorities.

We know it was a very positive day today, Tuesday, July 26, knowing that Molly Bureau will be held responsible and tried for the theft by deception of Nani Nyx! We were also pleased that Molly's bail was raised to a straight $25,000 . We are still awaiting the results of the necropsy and hope they will provide the evidence needed to also find Molly responsible for Nani's death!

PRELIM HEARING UPDATE: Tuesday July 26: Molly Bureau has been held over for trial on September 28, Westmoreland Common Pleas Court. The state requested to increase bail to $25,000 Straight, flight risk! It was granted by District Judge Rebecca C Tyberski.

it was a great show of support: Justice For Nani Nyx signs, tee shirts, everyone who came out easily 50+! The signs in front on Route 130 to honk for Justice for Nani… You could hear the horns blowing inside the courtroom!

As difficult as it was testifying, Eva shined through and answered all questions clear and concise! She’s one very strong woman! 🙏🏼♥️

The officer testified that the railroad workers saw the body of Nani late on July 2 and they moved her off the tracks on July 3. 😭🙏🏼

The Commonwealth attorney, she was incredible! Sorry not real good on names. I’m sure we’ll see it in a news report here or there.

The police officer testified that the person who was driving the car with Molly to pick up Nani went straight to Braddock with her that night, July 1. He dropped her and the dog off in Braddock.

No, she did not take the stand!

Today was the preliminary hearing for Molly Bureau fot the theft and deception of Nani Nyx . Molly was held over for the Westmoreland Common Pleas court on September 28th and her bond was increased to $25,000. More to come.
