These sweet puppies had just tasted their first taste ever of anything besides what mama had to offer, namely caramel flavored wormer. Some liked it but others coughed, gagged and fussed for two to three minutes.

These are Dandy’s babies at five days old. She had 12 puppies but we have lost three due to litter size. She now has 6f/3m and they all seem to be thriving. I have started taking them out of their comfort zone with different trainings. Some have been real crybabies but most are brave troupers!

These 11 babies are just now turning 24 hours old. At this tender age I do reserve the right to be wrong, but, as best I can, 7f/4m. Dandy x Romeo are the parents. So far Dandy is an excellent mama. (Romeo is the darker dog)

This is the last puppy born 2/1. His name should be Jim Dandy because that is exactly what he is, a Jim Dandy!
