⭐️ 14.2 - 5yr old - Welsh D - Gelding ⭐️
The ultimate Pony Club allrounder for a competent older child/teenager. Or great for a lightweight competitive adult who wants to do a bit of everything.
I have owned him since a foal and backed and produced him myself so can tell you everything about him and provide his full medical history.
He is simply looking for a new postcode for two reasons:
1) He has not made the height for me
2) He is far too talented in all disciplines and does not enjoy just doing dressage. I want to focus on working up the levels in dressage and so he is wasted with me.

Exceptionally well bred (Thorneyside Crusader X Nebo Cassie).
Dressage - consistently placed top 3 in all outings. Qualified for the sunshine tour in just his second ever test. He is established on the flat and has started basic lateral work. His canter does require a bit more work but consistent in walk and trot.
Showjumping - has not competed only as this is not my thing. Consistently jumps 60-70cm at home, will jump all types of jumps, fillers, water trays etc. Has jumped up to 80cm and shows scope to go further. Would be very quick in the jump off.
Cross Country - Has been XC schooling and competed in a Hunter trials. Absolutely loves this and is very bold to a fence jumping brushes, ditches, skinny’s and just about everything you could think of. Has also been Arena Eventing and again was very bold!
Hacking - Absolutely foot perfect! He will go first or last in a group or will go on his own. He has hacked under and over motorway bridges, past farm machinery, farm animals and on busy roads. He is the type that you can take into an open field, have an absolute blast and know that he will always pull up when asked. I trust him 110%.
On the ground - A really sweet pony, loves a fuss and a groom, will demand kisses and cuddles and fall asleep on you. Very kind with humans and other horses. Can be mucked out around in the stable, ties up well, excellent for the farrier, great to load and travel etc. I lead him to and from the field in a dually as he can be a typical Welsh, not nasty but just sometimes strong.
Ideally hoping for a local home so I can see him out and about doing well.

⭐️ CHANGE TO PAYMENT TERMS ⭐️
Due to several non-payers with one unpaid invoice dating back to the 1st December (!!), I will be changing my payment terms.
As always, payment for invoices is due on receipt. It is incredibly unfair that I turn up on time and work hard but then have to spend so much of my time chasing for money so the following new terms will apply.
1) Payment will be due on the day in the form of either cash or BACs (if I am working multiple days in the week then I will invoice on the last day).
2) Any new clients, I will require a 50% deposit up front before coming out to your yard.
3) Any unpaid invoices of greater than 3 days will incur a daily surcharge of £1.50 to cover the time I have to spend chasing. I understand that times are hard but if you can’t afford to pay then don’t book me.
4) For anyone who falls under point 3, I will not be providing any future services!
5) Non-payers will be publicly listed on the relevant Equestrian non-payers site if an invoice is greater than a week over due.
6) When you book, please book for a set/estimated number of hours so that I can allocate time slots. Going forwards, if this is significantly different then you will be liable for the full amount of hours as I could have booked other work.
These are applicable from today so any non-paid invoices greater than 3 days (all are well past that!) by the end of today will start incurring the additional daily charge and individuals will be listed on the non-payers site.
Sometimes the equestrian world really is such a tough industry to work in but I’m currently working towards something positive from this building an online site to bring all Kent based freelance grooms and riders together to prevent this from happening to anyone else..watch this space 🤩

16.2 - 14yr old - Warmblood - Gelding
Really lovely horse, excellent manners and great around children too. However when ridden, his size makes his owner nervous. Looking for a 5* home as he is very loved but unfortunately they are just not a good fit for riding.
3 nice paces and would be well suited to a dressage home. Owner is happy to consider a swap for something smaller (14.2+).

⭐️ POLITE REMINDER ⭐️
Payment of invoices is due on receipt. I currently have a lot of unpaid invoices and waste so much time chasing.
I’m due to have my first day off on Saturday since 5th November!! However if these invoices are not paid, I will have to spend my day chasing and sorting accounts.
Going forwards, if invoices are unpaid for yard work/riding then I will not be returning until they are paid. If invoices are unpaid for house sitting following an initial visit then the dates will be lost (I have a wait list for most dates until March). Finally, if I am providing emergency yard cover for a yard I have not been to before then 50% of payment will be required upfront.
I have been very lenient when it comes to payment during these past few weeks but I am running a business and work incredibly hard (5am -10pm some days!) so please can invoices be paid on time 🙏🏻
