Just had some lovely feedback!

Hi,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to one of your staff in Croydon.

One of your team helped my mum (Peggy) yesterday, take her cat (Holly) to the vets with a suspected issue with her tummy. Sadly Holly had to be put to sleep but the man stayed with my mum and really supported her through the whole ordeal.

My mum suffers badly with her mental health and I know that the man who stayed with her showed her great kindness and compassion. I and so truly greatly that he was there for my mum and so is she.
