However, this is very large shelter in Texas that we work with and they always have volunteers coming and going. As I told the other person that raised a concern, we cannot control the volunteers that come and go from that shelter. What we can control is saving the dogs, getting them out of the shelter, to Paw2Love , and into wonderful homes. ďżź
