Hi everyone! Our timeline for Season 5 will be a little different than usual. JJ and Ben have been experiencing a series of family emergencies. They are both okay! But recording will be spread out a bit, so we might have some variation in release dates/times. We don’t quite know what that will look like right now, but we are working hard to balance self-care and podcasting. We are hoping to still have the Howloween Spooktacular episode this year! I will provide updates as soon as we have them. We’ll see you soon! - Lauren

Self-care is not something you owe to others. Self-care is something you do for yourself

Lauren is proud to announce that after spending the last 2.5 years completing the master's program in clinical mental health counseling at the University of North Alabama, she graduated in December and has been approved as an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama as of today! In related news, she is also excited to announce the opening of HappyCat Counseling LLC, her new therapy practice. She has social media pages established on Facebook and Instagram for the business. The business' website should be active in the next 24-48 hours. She plans to start seeing clients on Tuesday, January 30th at Common Ground, a therapy co-work space near downtown Huntsville, AL. Jane Sweeney, LPC-S, of Sojourner Counseling in Madison, AL will be providing her clinical supervision. She plans to continue veterinary practice as a weekend emergency clinician through her veterinary relief business, and she plans to continue Introvets Podcast. (So, yes, she will still be a veterinarian.) Give her a follow over at her business' page if you'd like to stay up-to-date, and feel free to share it as well!
