We visited the AWA's Summer Camp in Voorhees, NJ with our Animal Classification Program! This was our 8th week and final visit for this Summer. Campers learned the many ways that animals are divided into different groups and classified. We covered many popular characters and discussed whether they would be mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects, birds, carnivores/herbivores, vertebrates/invertebrates, prey/predators and enjoyed other fun educational examples such as X-rays and real reptile sheds! Everyone was excited to meet and pet the goats, Ellie & Kevin! ❤️🐐🐸🦅🦀🐋🐍

We visited the AWA's Summer Camp in Voorhees, NJ with our Animal Classification Program! Campers learned the many ways that animals are divided into different groups and classified. We visited K-4th grade students with our Green Eggs & Hens program in Clayton, NJ! Students learned all about special breeds that lay real green eggs, chicken fun facts and met & pet the real hens! Students went home with our flyer to go with our demonstration on how they can start a mini garden at home with a recycled egg carton! 🥚💚🐔

A little over a month update on Princess Peach! I’m so happy with her progress! She is the sweetest! She is quickly making new fans out at programs! 🩷👑🐰

We rescued her through the awesome Tribbles Rabbit Rescue. She’s been through a lot and came from a rough start but is beyond sweet! She quickly stole our hearts! She needs to gain weight and has had her feet soaked a few more times. She came from a horrible backyard breeder situation and she was covered in urine and f***s! The rabbits were in tiered cages with no trays so the poor bunnies were on wire and the filth would just fall through to the bottom bunnies. The horrible person responsible for this cruelty had all of his animals confiscated and the cages were destroyed! The police were involved and he’s being watched to make sure he doesn’t do this neglect again to any animals! She’s a mini rex which is the super soft breed. She is now shedding her coat for new healthy hair to come in. I’m looking forward to her progress and showing her that humans can be kind! She’s learning to love her next chapter in life! Tribbles Rabbit Rescue continuously does amazing work! If you want to add a rabbit to the family they have so many that need homes! You can adopt, foster or donate! 🩷🐰😍

Today marks 5 years of Farm Friends LLC! It has been 5 long years of blood, sweat and tears! What an adventure it has been with all the current events! We made it through covid while the animal feed and vet bills did not stop. I’m so proud to call it a family business and if it wasn’t for my amazing cheerleaders from the start we would have never made it this far! Thank you to all my friends & family that helped along the way! I can’t say thank you enough for the supportive texts, calls, sharing our information, watching our boys and volunteering on jobs! Thank you to everyone that has hired us and invited us into their home, classroom, church, school, township and every other program we have been able to visit! We have been able to save so many animals and add to our critter family. I have been blessed with so many amazing opportunities through Farm Friends and have been able to touch so many lives that have in return taught me! I look forward to many more years and all the possibilities! THANK YOU! ❤️🎉🐰🐔🐍🐖🦃🦆🐐🐢

Introducing the newest member of the family, Princess Peach! We rescued her from the awesome Tribbles Rabbit Rescue. She’s been through a lot and came from a rough start but is beyond sweet! She has a long way to go but she’ll get there with groceries, patience and lots of love! She’s already spayed & vetted. She’s a mini rex which is the super soft breed. I’m looking forward to her progress and showing her that humans can be kind! She’s learning to love her next chapter in life! Tribbles Rabbit Rescue continuously does amazing work!
