I will be giving a training presentation at Dogtober this Saturday at Defiance Harley Davidson! There will be a Dog Costume Contest, cash prizes, food and drinks. There will be adoptable dogs from local rescues. It will be a good time so please stop by! All proceeds go back to the rescues participating.

Roswell is almost four months old and look at his loose leash walking skills! We first taught him leash basics last week, and this is where we are one week later. When taught at a young age, loose leash walking can usually be taught quickly and easily. But the longer you let your pup pull on walks, the longer it takes to change that behavior. So be sure to start early!! And of course I can help.

Jubilee is the bestest babe! Her guardian is working on socialization, loose leash walking and everything else puppy.

For puppy training, sessions include introducing mental stimulation, proper socialization, marker word, loose leash walking, managing jumpy/ mouthy behaviors, and more!

Proud trainer moment... Ellie is anxious about people coming into her home. Especially children. I recommended a treat jar outside the home so visitors could give treats as they entered. The family went above and beyond and saw great progress after just one week. Totally teared up when I saw the sign... in a good way!

This is Zeus... Zeus' human sister found one of his baby teeth. Zeus' human brother left the tooth in cup for the Dog Fairy. And wouldn't ya know, the Dog Fairy left Zeus a brand new toy. How do**in' cool is that?!

I firmly believe that muzzle training is essential for all dogs! You never know when your dog may encounter a situation where it is necessary. Doc here has made remarkable progress with his new muzzle. Isn't he handsome!

The fit may look too big at first glance, but he is able to completely open his mouth to pant which is a top priority when picking the correct sized muzzle.
