Hello everyone,
I wanted to share an update that affects our availability going forward. As you all know, Baby Mascio has been in the NICU since she was born at the end of May, and we were expecting to be home around this time. The plan was to resume all of our services (in a more limited capacity) in a couple months after we got settled into our new routine.
However, Baby Mascio recently developed some unexpected health problems and required several surgeries. She will need more in the future and will be staying in the hospital long-term. She is on the road to recovery now, but it will be a much longer road than we had originally thought.
Since there is still so much uncertainty around when she will be home and the level of care she will need even after leaving the hospital, I will need to pause all boarding and grooming services until further notice. We will continue operating as we have been the last couple months; this includes dog walking and pet sitting check ins for existing clients, based on the availability of our team.
