1️⃣ On Your Mat: Instead of luring or giving a “Down” cue, reward your dog when they choose to settle on a mat or bed on their own.
2️⃣ Roll-over x3 each way: This gentle tummy exercise requires calm and focus. Keep the movements smooth and slow. If your dog is tense, start by rolling onto one side instead.
3️⃣ Flat and Splat: Can your dog lie calmly on each side for 10 seconds? Left side = Flat, Right side = Splat. Challenge them and let us know in the comments!

These small signs may reveal restrictions or weaknesses. Repeat in a straight sit and down, and note your observations!
