We can’t wait to cheer on Eazy!

Tyler Pearson is a five-time NFR steer wrestler who won the bulldogging gold buckle in 2017. He team ropes regularly between rodeos, but all events got put on hold after Pearson broke his collarbone in a bulldogging accident in Uvalde, Texas, in January 2023.

Pearson is set to be cleared for competition the week before the Ironman, and he’s not planning on taking it easy once he gets to Guthrie. His main horse, “The Racehorse,” will be ridden by Kyle Lockett, Marcus Theriot and Pearson. He’s also bringing Metallica and Jasper as hazing mounts, as Pearson is one of the most sought-after hazers of both CTEC and Jr. Ironman contestants. Even before competing in the CTEC, Pearson hazed for eight of the Ironman competitors in 2021.

Fans may miss Pearson’s iconic Appaloosa, “Dippin Dots,” in the heeling, but he’s got a new mount in “Easy” that came from Kolton Schmidt that he’s fired up about.

Pearson’s son, Stetson, 9, fully caught the team roping bug, so Pearson has found himself hanging around the jackpotting scene more and more. At the CTEC, Stetson and sister Steelie, 7, will be cheering him on, along with wife, Carissa.

A Mississippi native, Pearson now calls Atoka, Oklahoma, home, which makes for an easy 2.5-hour drive to Guthrie. Although Pearson is a laser-focused competitor, he’s all about soaking up the enjoyment of the CTEC.

“The Timed Event has always been on a pedestal for me,” Pearson said. “Getting to compete and have a chance to have my name on one of those banners that hang over the Lazy E Arena is a dream come true.

2022 was soo good to us,

Our first two nephews made an appearance,

We said “I do” and continued building this crazy life as husband and wife,

We sold our first finished horse that we made together ”Eazy” to a prca world champion.

We are so grateful for everyone who has helped and supported us along the way. We are fully booked for starters in 2023, we may have room for a couple horses that are farther along. Reach out these spots fill fast.

Cheers to 2023 we look forward to more great horses, great friends and family! Can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us 💕

We are offering one our our personal 3 year olds, this has been a tough decision but we have to many on the go to give them all the attention they deserve and this guy is the farthest along.

Snackbox Dually is the sire to Zoey who’s been Ty’s main heel horse for a couple years, Zoey has excelled in everything we’ve thrown at her and this guy will be no different. Snack was a champion himself with great mind and athleticism and he put that into all of his babies. Dam Sweet Snow Creek has produced many great rope horses, again all great minded and easy to get along with!

This c**t is not only a sweet heart to ride but he’s beautiful as well, he will get you noticed where ever you go. Solid walk, trot, lope, loves to stop, has been out moving cows through the bush across water. Can let him sit for months and step back on and he’s the same every time, no bad habits! We would love to see this guy go to a home where he’ll be used in the rope pen, he will make a jam up horse weather you want to head, heel or breakaway.

👸 CRR SNACK O LENA 👸

Been a minute since we posted anything about “Queen Zo” this 6 year old has been nothing short of amazing this summer handling her first year of rodeos like the superstar she is, not only in the team roping but carrying my sorry butt in the breakaway as well. We are so grateful to get to ride one like her 💕
