Different animal rescue and non profit groups have different focuses in what they do. For us, we do TNR. What does this mean? We do not have a physical location or fosters but partner with other groups who do when we can. Our main goal is to help the Holmdel, Middletown and Keansburg community to spay and neuter stray and abandoned cats to prevent more from being born outside. Many times our volunteers have no idea what to expect, like a few days ago a cat meant to be brought for spay wound up being pregnant already and giving birth to a stillborn requiring an emergency c-section. Thanks to an amazing dedicated vet (shoutout to Dr D!) and her team, the remaining 2 kittens have a chance at life and mom is good but this never should have been something to happen in the first place. By spaying and neutering we can prevent future suffering. We are currently fundraising to cover that vet bill, as well as for all of the other requests we receive for help. Thank you to everyone who supports our work and appreciate your donations!! 😽🫶
