UPDATE: the last kitten was trapped and off to AHS 😽

Please send good luck vibes to our volunteer working on trapping the remaining orange roof kitten today in Keansburg! He successfully got mom and the others yesterday who are now at it truly takes so many caring people and organizations to do what’s right for these kitties. Please donate to your local rescues and shelters or consider volunteering. The volume of cats in need of help especially in this area have been overwhelming at times and will continue to grow without spaying and neutering.

When it’s quiet here, our volunteers are slammed. This is Stimpy, a tailless stray that got trapped, vaccinated, neutered and released after the volunteer deemed him to not be sociable. They will be fed and looked after. But his life of being outside could have prevented if people spayed and neutered and didn’t abandon cats. Please wish Stimpy good vibes!

A family moved leaving 3 very friendly outdoor cats behind. Thankfully, the realtor reached out and one of our volunteers was able to step in just in time for today’s snow to provide housing and food while we work to find foster space. PLEASE if you are moving reach out to rescues and shelters. Do NOT just leave poor animals to fend for themselves while others scramble to help.
