Neuter your cats people!!

An update on the situation in Portsmouth

After trapping mum last night, we took the kittens straight to her but just as she was when she abandoned them yesterday, she absolutely did not want to know them. Tracy and I tried everything to put the babies with her, over many hours until the early hours, but sadly she had zero interest, so we had to make the decision to put them back into the incubator and continue bottle feeding. They are doing brilliantly, all latching and putting on weight. Meet Nolan, Bradford, Lopez and Chen

11 cats were rescued from the site yesterday, thanks to a small army of volunteers. We are back at the site today and have a plan in place to catch the remaining cats over the next few days, with huge thanks to RSPCA The Stubbington Ark and Cats Protection Haslemere offering us what spaces they have.

How did this happen? 18 months ago we removed a colony of 20 over two days at the exact location and know 100% that we cleared all who were there. Since then, someone has clearly got two more cats, left them unneutered and the rest is obvious.
