We try to keep our channel light and fun... HOWEVER, I HAVE to share this. Please indulge me while I unload. 🫣Here is what this woman has put us through over the last 6 months.
❌ Tried to add $10,000 to the sale price. 😐
❌ Told us there was no asbestos in the house. 🙄
❌ Delayed the house move multiple times for unknown reasons.😑
❌ Didn’t tell us the house was coming and got a call from the moving company saying it was coming TOMORROW. Then delayed again because it turned out there WAS asbestos around the house and the moving company could not legally move the house without removal. 🤦♀️
❌ignored our calls when we tried to get some info on where the house was and if we would have it by Xmas as we had family coming.😡
❌Hung up on us when we called from a different number.😡
❌ Tried to add an extra distance travel fee of $10,000 after saying there was no extra free. 😂😡
❌ Told us we would save $25,000 rewiring if we paid her to pay her electrician to cut the power. Luckily my brother is an electrician and said that is BULLSH*T. It takes 10mins to cut the cable and we don’t need to rewire.😂😡
❌ Lied again saying the house was coming early Jan. We called the moving company only for them to say “no, we aren’t scheduled to move it.” 😱😡
❌ Yelled at Tristan when we decided to call her endlessly until she picked up. ( that was fun 😂.)
❌ Asked us to pay the final 10% BEFORE the house was delivered. As she said she needed to pay the moving company. We called the moving company and they said “no you pay once it’s on the land.”😆
❌ took out the fire place and dumped it on the new carpet.😡😡
❌ left a bunch of rubbish in the house.😡😡😡
❌ lost the keys and didn’t say anything so we have to get the locks changed.😫
❌ and finally! Left a SH*T in the toilet! 🤬To be fair that probably wasn’t her…. But I like to think it was.

It’s probably the hardest decision we have had to make EVER. 💔
It was so hard that we probably should have made the call at the beginning of winter to move the cows to our friend’s place.
We don’t have a lot of land and there just wasn’t enough space and fresh food for all the animals.
It’s so heartbreaking to separate the sheep from Koco for the time being, but the health of the animals is more important.
And I know your next question. “Why can’t the sheep go with the cows?”
We put the sheep away in their house every night so their hooves stay dry. If they are out in the wet all night they very quickly get scold or hoof rot.
Even if there was a sheep shed at our friends place they are too much work for them. They already have a lot of animals. You need to clean their hooves out, have them sheered multiple times a year, put sunscreen on them ( yep 😂). Trim their hooves, check for ticks, check for maggots they can get around their horns ( glamorous yes), and watch out for hook worm. 🥵
If we get rich somehow ( you guys help us work out how to make millions from the farm 😋) we will move to a section with more land and reunite them. 🐑 🐄 ❤️.
Until then, the cows are enjoying all their space to run and their new cow friends ( our friends have seven rescue cows), and the sheep are enjoying all the fresh grass now that the cows aren’t destroying it all!
We will visit them often and keep ya’ll updated.

Amelia is a 15 year old retired breeding cow that we purchased before she was sent off to the meat works.
She really wasn’t keen on people, but she has come around to Tristan and I. wouldn’t go so far as to say that she “likes” us, but she doesn’t say no to the benefits of living with us.
She is always up for a scratch and a treat, but she doesn’t show the signs of love that Koco shows. Koco places his head on our shoulders and licks our hair when he is feeling affectionate.
One day maybe!
