The best place to start is at the beginning and what better beginning than Addie. 🥰
We had waited a LONG time to get another dog after we lost our sweet Rusty. Our hearts were broken and just couldn’t imagine another dog in our home. But, once we had healed, we knew something was missing and wanted our children to grow up knowing the love that only four paws could bring. So when the time was right, we decided that a Bernese Mountain dog was the gentle giant we wanted. Responsible breeding was really important to us and although we knew this meant that we’d have to wait quite some time, all our research made it clear to us that this breed deserves patience and strategic well thought out responsible breeding. After YEARS of waiting we finally got to bring home the sweetest most lovable prissy princess in the entire world. The night we brought her home, we put her in bed with our sleeping kids and she woke them with her wet nose a billion puppy kisses. The instant love we watched explode from our babies is something we will never forget.
Addie was everything our home needed. And we have loved loving her and watching her grow over the past two years. So here are a few of our first moments with her and a few favorites over the years.
