Sirohi goat is an Indian breed, which is native to the Sirohi district of Rajasthan. The name Sirohi derived from the name of district. Sirohi goats can be found over the Ajmer, Bhilwara, Jaipur and Tonk districts. This breed always comes in brown shades, some patched or some plain texture.

Sojat goat is named after the Sojat area in Rajasthan India. It is commonly found in Sojat, Pipar, Aau (Phalodi), Jopdhpur and small area of Rajasthan. They are mostly white coloured with Tan patches of Black and brown colour on the body. They are mainly raised for meat specially for sacrificing at the time of Bakri Eid.

Saanen Goat is a Swiss breed of domestic goat. It takes its name from the Saanental village in western Switzerland. They are famous in India as fighting goats because of their big horns. The female Saanen goats milk production is up to 4 liters/day. At peak lactation, they may give up to 5 liters/day. They are the most famous dairy goat in the world.
