Over the next few weeks we will have some of our young adults available for new 🏡.

We’ve taken the tough decision to give up breeding.

We would like to thank everyone for all their support over the years. Our older giants will stay with us and the kids pets.
We may occasionally have the odd litter but as for now we won’t have any future litters this year

2 days old. Mum is being extremely protective so haven’t managed to count babies but all from a Distance seem to be doing well. This little guy was out the nest and managed to get him back in with out loosing a finger 🤣

Our last two babies from our first litter of the year leave today 🐰

Always mixed emotions 🥹

We would like to thank DL Pet Transport Services. Again for taking such good care of our babies getting them from A to B safely with lots of love and care. Wouldn’t trust any other courier with our bunny’s.

Huge thank you to our new owners and existing owners for giving our babies such wonderful homes, for your updates, your reviews and most of all your patience as I know things have been delayed this time round.

thank you as always to our followers you keep us ticking along in the sad times and share our joy in the good times 💕

👀🏡 BEW buck.

So hard to let this lad go as he’s stole my heart but with the boys keeping two bucks this year I can’t keep anymore boys.
Very very friendly loving boy can do anything with him.
So inquisitive and loves to know what your up to. No fear of dogs or kids.
Only 8 weeks old won’t leave till 12 weeks minimum.

No time wasters x

Frieda and Ivy bonding 💕

Frieda has always been a bunny we have to observe daily on her behaviour before we go in for cuddles.
Ivy forgot all about that a few weeks ago and Freida nipped her.
Ivy called her a bad bunny 🐰 I explained to her there’s no such thing as a bad animal. That we missed the warning signs. Not every animal wants to be held every day or cuddled they have their bad days like us there days where they want left alone and we have to respect that.
They have feeling and emotions just like us.

I think that’s one thing I Love about what animals teach our children. Patience, respect , self discipline, problem solving , relationship skills that they then use in daily life.

I bet Freida out all the bunnies will stick in Ivy’s head all her days not just for the bad moments but how good the good moments felt when Frieda let her get close to her because she had to work for that trust and respect x

Our youngest litter who sadly lost their mummy.

Thank you for the messages 🙏🏻 really means a lot.
I apologise for my delay in messages , getting photos etc
These ones have been my priority as well as another poorly one in another litter.

This is a hobby and times like these it makes you question whether to continue 😞 the hard work, the guilt when things don’t go as you hope and juggling family life as well.

However this morning sat watching these little ones nibbling away has brought tears of joy.

I’m not sure what the future holds for Scottish giants. our bunnies are first and foremost our pets if we give up breeding this year they will continue to live with us. Very mixed emotions right now 😞 x

We lost one of our mummy’s very suddenly with no warning or signs of illness.
We popped her babies in another mums nest and she’s accepted them like her own.
It’s been a tough few days filled with what ifs and guilt.
Here is a little video of our little miracle babies with their new brother and sisters x

2 weeks old 🐰 It amazes me every time how fast they grow. Mum Anna has kicked food out of her bowl and dragged it into the nest to feed them. She’s been absolutely brilliant as a first time mummy xx
