💃🏻 Sarah recently joined our team and brings with her a lifelong love for cats. As a seasoned cat owner, she has extensive experience caring for cats on medication, elderly cats, and rescue cats. With a background in dance, Sarah infuses each visit with positive energy and grace, making every moment with our feline friends a well-choreographed delight!

🧡Ragdoll cats are known for their docile and placid temperament, often described as being “dog-like” in their affection and loyalty.

🧡Ragdolls are known for going limp and relaxed when picked up, which is how they got their name.

🧡They are often recommended as indoor cats due to their trusting and non-aggressive nature, which makes them less street-smart compared to other breeds.

🧡They enjoy interactive play and can be trained to fetch or perform tricks.

Litchi - aka scissor paws! 🐾 ✂️

Litchi looks like butter wouldn’t melt 🧈 but he’s quite feisty! Today resulted in a few punctures and slices to my leg, foot and ankle 😩 Hazards of the job ⚠️

As cat sitters we look after cats with different temperaments. We know what to look out for with body language and behaviour but sometimes you’re caught off guard! At the cat sitting company we tailor our visits to suit your cat’s needs and we always try to find a work around if they struggle with behavioural issues.

Tomorrow I will return to visit litchi armed with treats, a dangle toy and something for him to chase that isn’t my legs….oh and I’ll wear thick trousers and big socks 😁

Nicki has been one of our lovely clients since 2020 🧡 Recently her sister Elphie passed away which was a shock for everyone 💔 Nicki has been getting lots of extra cuddles and play time on her visits with Shannon 🧡

Cats can grieve the loss of a companion or owner in various ways. They may become withdrawn, lose their appetite, vocalize more, or seek out places associated with the departed. Providing extra comfort, routine, and attention can help them through the grieving process 🧡

For approximately three years, Elphie graced our lives with her presence, her purrs, and her gentle affection. As a stray, she found her way into Laura’s loving home, where she became a cherished member of the family.

Every visit with Elphie was a joy, her cuddles and purrs bringing warmth to even the coldest of days. Though she may be gone, her memory and the love she shared will forever remain in our hearts.
