Well… I am extremely ecstatic to announce that baby girl COUSINS will be arriving in June!!!
As many of you know I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2016
When I first was diagnosed my heart dropped since I read that 50% of people who are infertile have endometriosis
Luckily though I found an incredible Facebook group called “Nancy’s Nook” that provided all the current evidence based research in addition to a list of surgeons who specialize in excision of endometriosis
That is where I found my surgeon, Dr. Laurence Orbruch, who after the surgery… told me to send him pictures of our future babies… because without it he doesn’t believe it would have been possible
This is a friendly reminder that endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women. Extremely painful periods ARE NOT normal. Painful s*x is NOT normal. Painful urination/defecation is NOT normal.
And despite endometriosis being as common as it is, very few physicians are skilled enough to treat it. If you have any of these symptoms please check out the FB group I provided to find a qualified gynecologist!
Not only is Baby U bringing awareness to endometriosis but she will also be providing info and resources on how to properly introduce DOG to BABY! She is already such a rockstar!
Ahhh! I am so excited to be both a dogmom and human mom and even more excited to be sharing this experience with my BEST friend and sister
