Someone inquired about Avena's name.
In several languages it means "of the fields" And since Border Collies are Scottish in origin we decided to keep wiith her breed and chose her name from a list of common Scottish herding dogs names.
It is strong but beautiful just like her🐾💗

Avena is 9 weeks old today! She has learned so much so fast in just one week. She knows her name, come, sit, down and no. She is sleeping all night in her crate with no accidents and doing well with the harness and leash. She is SO full of energy!💗🐾
