Person finds this offensive and says, "they have restrictions on high content (75% or higher) which would require a permit." He continues to say, "Plus I am not a resident of Florida as I am military and my state of residence is Texas. I think you should ask more clarifying questions if you are going to disregard because you think you know the restrictions of certain states without actually knowing what they are."
I wanted to make a post to explain to this person the definition of the word restriction.

This means, that the state of Florida having a requirement for a license for high contents IS A RESTRICTION!!! That means the sate of FL is a RESTRICTED STATE. A legal state is one that has NO RESTRICTIONS ON WOLFDOG OWNERSHIP AT ALL.

CA is a restricted state because they restrict by fgen. Many states are restricted states. That doesn't mean you cant own a wolfdog in them.
