Katie Ketelsen & Vacarto PS

Katie is one of our dedicated young riders who splits her time between the barn and Florida State University. Known for her work ethic, quick wit, and always being the first to lend a hand, Katie brings energy and focus to everything she does — in and out of the ring.

She currently campaigns her talented partner, Vacarto PS, and the pair recently stepped up to the 1.0m jumper division while also taking on the adult equitation with style.

We’re proud to have Katie as part of the JJSporthorses USA team — proof that hard work, great horsemanship, and good vibes always go a long way.

Back from college and right into the Adult Equitation ring for the first time—multiple top finishes from 2nd to 6th and a strong showing in the 1.05m! Way to step up and stay consistent all week, Katie!

✨ Jamie Lawrence & Louisiana Z
Took on the bigger track in the 1.10m and grew with each round—finishing the week with confident, rhythmic rides and multiple 6th–8th placings!

✨ Jamie Lawrence & Jag Tyson
Capped off a strong week with a standout round in the 1.35m Classic and a solid 8th place in the competitive 1.30m Jr/Am division. Big steps forward!

✨ Welcome back, Pontedera!
So excited to have this talent back in our program. He is already getting back into the swing of things—finishing with a beautiful clear in the 1.25m with Tiffany Greer in the irons.

✨ Laithinus & Jennifer Porter
One of the only clear rounds over the open water and a strong 3rd place finish in the 1.40m. Grateful for this special horse and the partnership we’re building.

❓Did you know we’ve been breeding for over a decade?📍🌍

It’s been an incredible journey producing purpose-bred athletes, and we’re proud to see the results.

One of our proudest moments? This stunning filly was awarded Top Filly in the U.S. at the Belgian Warmblood Keuring—
Then went on to place 3rd in the nation in the BWP Futurity as a two-year-old.

Now, she’s beginning her career under saddle, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch her shine!
