Sweet Ava is looking for her forever home. She's going to be shelter bound very soon and we're hoping she catches someone's eye.
Ava is approximately a year old. She gets along with everyone but is very shy. This means you need to take it slow with her.
She prefers dogs her own size versus small dogs.
Ava is currently in a board & train facility and is flourishing every day and coming out of her shell. Sending Ava to a shelter environment will certainly cause her a setback.

Princeton went into a foster to adopt home today 🤞
Thank you to everyone who has responded and shared Princeton, he is now in a much less urgent situation and has found a great foster who may have a potential adopters pending a meet and greet. Meet Princeton! This little guy is in urgent need and must be placed this week, if not, he's out of options. No rescues available, everyone is full.
Princeton is going to be two in September, he weighs about 15 pounds, is in good health and has all of his vaccinations.
Princeton's owner recently died, and he became displaced. A nice young couple took him in, and they can no longer keep him. They live in a very small space and work from home. It's a little too hectic for Princeton. This little nugget is full of love, very snuggly, loves his toys and loves to play and also just relax. He's also potty trained and seems to do well with other dogs and he gets along with cats.
He's had a lot of upheaval and is a bit of an emotional mess right now and he really needs a home to chill and give him space to find his own way, and not try to "fix" him. He needs an experienced adult that understands this (after all, how many times have we wanted to settle and regroup?) He needs his space, and a foster or permanent home will allow him his space and not try to invade his space or force him to engage when he's not seeking it. He needs his person to understand him and his situation, take a step back, give him breathing room and really "see" him and understand him.

Hey everyone, meet Casey! This is a sweet lazy gal who is in need of a new loving home, the sooner the better.
She is currently with a foster family who simply adores and hoped to keep her, but their little Chihuahua is very unhappy about Casey being in the home. Their goal is to find Casey a forever loving home. Casey came into their lives when she had nowhere to go when her former owner came upon hard times.
Casey is great with kids, strangers, men, women and dogs - unless they are nippy and yappy. This can annoy Casey and she may nip at the dog to send a message (honestly, who wouldn't be annoyed).
Casey is currently located in Arroyo Grande and her foster family is willing to travel to surrounding areas for the right match.

Casey is estimated to be 9-10 years old and with that comes stellar experience at being a best friend and mellow companion.
