It's been a long time since I've posted here because our life has been very busy since these pups went to their fur-ever homes! But, I am thankful to receive updates from you guys and love seeing all these pups living such charmed lives!
I have lots of pics I could post on here that you guys have sent me! But instead, why don't you each post on this thread a recent pic of your pup! ❤️

Our last baby has her fur-ever home! 🥹😍 Couldn't be happier to see this sweet girl going to our beloved neighbors! 🥰

Clara and Clarke are transitioning from their family sleeping pen to their own kennels. Crate training takes some TLC and patience, but after a few days they will be so happy to go to their own crates for bedtime. I'll cover their crates with a blanket to help it feel more like a den and cozy. ❤️
We decided to take this little guy on an outing with us today! After a bath and blow-dry, he's all tuckered out for the car ride. 🥰

It's hard to tell who's who in the pics...but all of the 5 girls had their trip to the vet today! Lucy's Mama came along to help us puppy wrangle today! The vet really wore them out!
Healthy reports for all! We are so excited for them to get to know their new families soon, but it's sure gonna be hard to say goodbye! 😍🥹

A trip to the vet for these baby boys!! I recruited a few extra helpers to puppy wrangle! Exciting and exhausting for these cuties...but they were perfect little angels! Clean bills of health all around! The girls get their turn tomorrow! 🩷

"Yellow girl" was claimed this morning! She is a playful sweetheart and is going to love her new home, where I hear she has lots of room to run and a couple kids to love on her!! So excited for her new family!! 💛
This pretty girl, "Clara", was also claimed a week ago! She gets to go with her brother "Clarke" and they will be so loved by Lonnie and Mike. We normally wouldn't want to sell two to the same home because they can sometimes have what's called "Littermate Syndrome" and struggle to bond with their owners because they have each other. But Lonnie and Mike have extensive Golden Retriever knowledge and experience and know just what to do to make sure that isn't an issue! 💕
I'm behind in posting, but this sweet girl was claimed a week ago, I think! "Lucy" is going to love her new family! Congrats, Heather and Kenji! I'm so happy for you! 💙

It was a super special day! Our first pick was made! Our little "red male" was the first one to get his forever home! We are over the moon to know he is going to such a perfect, loving home! The pups still have a few more weeks with their Mama, but we are so excited for them to meet their new humans! 🐾

These babies had their first bath today! Bathing, drying, and brushing 9 puppies had to be a full family affair! 🤣 I wish we could have got more pics, but we were all too busy! 🤪 They all were very calm during their baths and liked the water!
Mama came and nursed them all after! They burned a lot of energy! 😆
You know how you're supposed to read to your babies? Well, we read to our pups, too! 😆
Cecilia reads aloud to her brother in the evening (they do this on their own, I promise I don't make her 😜)...so these puppies are gonna be Harry Potter fans, too! 😆

These babies enjoyed some jazz music during our rainy, dreary morning! 😆 Pardon their dirty bed, Mama went and played in a mud puddle before she fed them! 😁 They have doubled in size and are all doing so good! ❤
Our house got a lot noisier yesterday! 😍 Ivey gave birth to the 6 puppies the vet saw on the xray...then a 7th...and then 8 and 9! 🤩 It was such a fun surprise! Ivey did excellent, knew exactly what to do, and is taking care of her babies perfectly! They all seem healthy and pretty equal in size! We are absolutely in love and I'm currently remembering what it felt like to have a newborn to worry about all night! 😆
I took this video last night. We've had a chicken with an injured wing that's been staying inside with us for 3 or 4 days now. Ivey goes and checks on it and watches it, but she knows are chickens are our babies so we don't have to worry about her harming it. With both of our Goldens, we were able to train them to love our chickens and our chickens are able to roam free range without concern of our dogs! They make me so proud! 😍🥰😆
Ivey is very athletic! If you have hopes of training your dog to be a hunting partner, I imagine she could pass on some very good genetics! She is a quick learn and jumps like a gazelle when she wants to! We love to watch her run! That being said it's important that when you make the decision to add a pup to your family you understand the reality of your decision! In the background of this video, you can clearly see the dog slobber on my French doors, and...let's face it, that baby gate isn't gonna keep her out of anywhere she wants to be! 🤣 But...slobber washes and Golden's do aim to please, so Ivey generally would not jump that gate without being told to....unless there was bacon on the counter...I mean, can you blame her? 😜
Start teaching your pups good bath habits when they are young and bathing your pup is not difficult task! Ivey is a bath taking champ! We usually try to give her a bath right before bed so she can dry off while she sleeps in her kennel!
