3 cats looking for a new home!! Please help spread the word! Their current owner, Quasay, is a Syria refugee who has been blessed to receive an offer of resettlement in France and cannot take the cats them with him. They have never been street cats and would not cope if left to their own survival. A friend of his has contacted me asking for help to find these cats a new loving home.

All cats are up to date with all required vaccinations, totalling 7 vaccinations per cat.
-
The owner describes them as follows: "They are all very friendly with each other and never bite, are playful and get along very well together. They are friendly with everyone they meet, even children, and are not hostile to strangers at all. I have been training them and each cat knows its name and comes when called. They have been strictly indoors cats; have a regulated diet and eat only cat food, never from the table. I occasionally give them treats like Dreamies for cats. They eat all brands of cat food products but their favorite is Purina One, Dried and canned food .
-
I can provide an electric water dish for them, a cat backpack, a cat cage, and their cat bath, and I also have some of their clothes, toys, and balls.
All my cats have Turkish passports, which include a record of their vaccinations.
-
If the decision was up to me, I would never abandon them, but because of the circumstances I am living in and also my move from Türkiye to France, I am looking for a family that will take good care of them because they are a part of my soul and I consider them my children."

Still a bit in shock and saddened by the sudden death of Piglet. This little nugget showed up in May 2020 as part of the original crew of "Squatter" kittens that led to the founding of "Istanbulkittens." Piglet got his name because he was the greediest hungry kitten. He would sit on top of his food to prevent others from eating. He loved sunbathing, playing with cat toys, and eating. He disliked sharing, other cats (with the exception of Mo…sometimes), and winter. He is survived by his brothers Mo and Indy and sisters Timon and Pumbaa.

Our garden kitties are growing up and are almost ready for adoption. They'll be 8 weeks old next week. Both are friendly and playful. The little calico girl is more brave and curious and the big gray boy is such a big baby…he cries about the littlest things! 🤣 It would be lovely if they could get adopted and have a home of their own ❤️

Meet Domingo. This sweet one-eyed kitten is a healthy, 4 month old male. He was found outside in the garden on a Sunday afternoon in November. Both of his eyes were infected and sealed shut. He has spent the last 2 months living at the veterinarian's office treatment and eye surgery. He is now healthy and playful and looking for his forever home!

We lost this little kitty today. She was an orphaned kitten who showed up in our garden one day this summer. She was so little and alone, but one of the old male cats there would let her cuddle with him. These are two pictures of her and "grandpa" together in the garden.
-
The little kitty was so food motivated. She would always come out to greet us to get food, but she never really wanted to be touched. So we knew something was wrong when she didn't eat one day. Then, a few days later when she let me pet her, it was so unusual that I knew for sure she wasn't feeling well. We took her to the vet November 1st and she stayed there until she passed away this morning. She didn't have a name when we took her in, so our vet named her Ayşe. She was improving and was almost ready to come back to the garden… until 2 days ago when she suddenly got worse.
-
She had actually turned into such a sweet kitty during her stay at the vet. She started liking to be touched and she would even purr when she was pet ❤️ This just goes to show how well our vet cares for sick kitties. She had gone from being semi-feral to being a lap cat during her time there. We are so grateful to our vet for giving her so much love in her final days.

Meet Dolly! I've some real progress with socializing this kitty recently. She started coming close enough to take food from my hand and I've even got a pet or two in as she was eating. And then yesterday she gave me some slow blink love 😻

Tuck found his forever home ❤️ At the end of June I shared his picture as part of Rachel's Birthday Fundraiser…and then just last week, (more than 6 weeks after OP!) I received a message asking if Tuck was still available for adoption. 🎉🥳 Small miracles really can happen. We are so happy for Tuck and his new mom. These adoption stories are what keep us motivated to do the work. 🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone who donated to the fundraiser to help us find Tuck a home. And especially thank you to for having the birthday fundraiser.
