THIS MONTH ALONE, we are in desperate need of financial assistance!! We have taken in several birds without any donations to support their typical veterinary care, nor any cage donations, travel carriers, perches, toys; ... nothing. ZERO!
(WE ARE SO THANKFUL TO OUR FRIENDS & FOSTERS WHO’VE STEPPED IN!!) ❤️🙏🏽❤️
We even opened our home to a supposed "retired military," veterans' bird who he could no longer care for him properly. Our hearts truly went out to him, … only to realize we were lied to about his entire story, and how he was going to help support his birds' MASSIVE financial needs. His bird was kept in a cage full of German Cockroaches, was ni****ne addicted, neglected, abused, cage bound for several years; (along with many other abusive scenarios.)
THIS IS JUST ONE STORY OF MANY THIS MONTH! 💔
This month we have been taken advantage of by several people; not just him. Although we have met many amazing people; those others have truly put us into a major financial bind with our nonprofit. We appreciate the kind people we meet who truly keep our hearts happy, and our nonprofit going!!! BUT, this month we are approximately $1500 short on our normal needs for our rescue; (not to mention the additional costs of 3 other parrots.) Please help in any way you are able! We are a true 501c3, nonprofit, and any donations made, you will be able to request a receipt for your taxes as a charitable donation, and a tax write-off.

When it comes to saying “thank you,” there simply isn’t enough time in the day, nor words enough to say, just how very grateful we are to those who donate, take their time to assist, & those who just help out of sheer humanly kindness in all the crazy, & fun that happens here at Rainbow Parrot Rescue Florida, Inc.! “OBSERVATION” IS OFFICIAL!!
Aspen just has to get to September 26th with no relapses, & he will be the first official cat to be cured of FIP at our vet here in Jacksonville, Florida! I love this boy so much!! He’s the bravest, strongest, bestest buddy I’ve ever met!!

These auto emails are unacceptable!! A claim will be filed for each and every one of these not resolved by tomorrow!!
I am writing yet again, to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my refund requests. I have already been on the phone with Amazon four times this morning, speaking with supervisors for over an hour each time, only to be disconnected every time. This situation is entirely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.
To summarize:
1. **Multiple Disconnections:** I have been disconnected four times after lengthy calls with supervisors.
2. **Unresolved Refunds:** Despite my repeated attempts, many of my refund requests remain unresolved. A few may have been resolved since last Monday, but the majority are still pending.
3. **Urgency:** I have already visited my bank (Wells Fargo) this past Monday to file claims for some of these unresolved issues. I will be filing additional claims on Monday at 9 AM if these matters are not resolved by then.
Below are thee last four digits of the item numbers for the purchases in question. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and there may be others that need attention: (keep scrolling below!!)
I urge you to escalate this matter immediately and ensure that all my refund requests are processed today, and before the close of business!!!!! I do not have the time to keep calling and getting disconnected, and I do not wish to spend hours at my bank on Monday filing individual claims.
Please confirm receipt of this email and provide me with a detailed update on the status of each refund request. I expect this to be resolved by the end of the day.

These auto emails are unacceptable!! A claim will be filed for each and every one of these not resolved by tomorrow!! I am writing yet again, to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my refund requests. I have already been on the phone with Amazon four times this morning, speaking with supervisors for over an hour each time, only to be disconnected every time. This situation is entirely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. To summarize: 1. **Multiple Disconnections:** I have been disconnected four times after lengthy calls with supervisors. 2. **Unresolved Refunds:** Despite my repeated attempts, many of my refund requests remain unresolved. A few may have been resolved since last Monday, but the majority are still pending. 3. **Urgency:** I have already visited my bank (Wells Fargo) this past Monday to file claims for some of these unresolved issues. I will be filing additional claims on Monday at 9 AM if these matters are not resolved by then. Below are thee last four digits of the item numbers for the purchases in question. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and there may be others that need attention: (keep scrolling below!!) I urge you to escalate this matter immediately and ensure that all my refund requests are processed today, and before the close of business!!!!! I do not have the time to keep calling and getting disconnected, and I do not wish to spend hours at my bank on Monday filing individual claims. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide me with a detailed update on the status of each refund request. I expect this to be resolved by the end of the day. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
