My mom says my ears look like the wind is always blowing. I don’t know what she’s talking about...
You guys may have guessed that my foster mom failed. Big time. My foster family couldn’t stand the thought of letting me go, so they made it official, and adopted me!!! This is my sister, Chloe. Taking her toys is my FAVORITE!!
My doctor says I have cerebellar brain damage, possibly from blunt trauma or maybe even from that heavy chain I was tied with.
But humane agents saved me and made sure I’d have a chance at a happy life.
I still shake, and sometimes lose my feet, but I also know what real love feels like now. 🐾💖

After being tied up at one house, then confined to a kennel after that, it sure felt strange trying to run around. My back legs wanted to be in front, I think.
Some really cool people came back to visit me after that photo in the yard was taken. I was different, though. I wasn’t able to stay still. I was shaky and wobbly, my back was arched. They got me unhooked from that heavy chain and took me to Jefferson County Humane Society. They asked me what happened, but I was scared and wasn’t too sure who to trust.
