Happy Isaversary to Me! Today marks a year since my journey to a healthier me has begun. A year ago today I took a plunge and started my 30 days reset. First weeks were hard but from then on it’s been a breeze. It took me 4 weeks to loose 6kg, 8 weeks to loose following 11 and I have kept my weight since! Although I just wanted to loose weight this journey turned out to be more than that. My energy levels are really high and I only have 7 hours sleep, I go go go since the moment I wake up till bed time. Children, 6 dogs, house, work- with that crazy workload I need all the help I can get. Another big thing is everyone who sees me says I’m glowing. I’m certainly not pregnant so it’s all marine Collagen elixir and my organic superfood smoothies that I drink every day, then there are adaptagens so I don’t stress too much, Isa flush loaded with magnesium and Isa accelerate that speeds up my metabolism- all natural ingredients that actually work! Don’t get me wrong, I still have Nutella spoon because life is just not with living without it or I drink my fav Prosecco and cocktails on the weekend but when I get back home it’s back on. Totally sustainable and easy to follow lifestyle change. This wouldn’t be possible without Cathie Spice and Daniel Spice who pushed me to give this a try (because I don’t do milkshakes or believe in multiple marketing, but hey- the product did all the convincing) and Sarah Whitehead my coach who was amazing putting up with my winging.
Just compare the photos from last Christmas (red picture and that’s after 6 kilos weight loss) and pink one from the other day.
Sooooo if you want to have a similar journey and finally make a difference now is the time- Black Friday special is on!!!! And if you don’t like you’ll get your money back so there is nothing to loose apart from FAT 🙂
