I used to run 530 Cody Alert until an unfortunate incident when a man ran infront of me to take his own life. Recently we had a need because my husband is a seasonal worker and our dog was having an immediate health issue. I approached 530 Cody alert to take a position there starting a more functional page and a donation fund to help people in the situation of need and wasn't met with kindness. My goal is to narrow service to Shasta County and try not only to reunite animals with their owners, but to facilitate adoptions, connect with rescues and create a fund to assist people in emergency situations locally.
