This evening Pumpkin is on his way to his real forever home, in Waynesboro PA! He managed to squeeze in a last chew on my husband's shoe and received some sage advice from his sister, (from a previous Savoy/Ben litter) Cayenne, while waiting for his new family. 💞

We have sad news. Pumpkin is coming back to us tomorrow. The little boy who Pumpkin surprised as a birthday present, spent today in the ER with an extreme allergic reaction. In fact, tonight the birthday boy, his mom and brother had to stay in a hotel. Dad is bringing Pumpkin back tomorrow afternoon. Everyone is broken hearted. The boy so badly wanted a dog. 😔 I'm sure Pumpkin is a bit confused by all of this too! We will love on him tomorrow. I know he'll be fine.
I will take a new updated picture of Pumpkin tomorrow. I know his forever family is out there just waiting for him!

A little pre-supper romp. 😊

The weaning process has begun! Dining al fresco on this beautiful day. They did great and only a couple stepped in it. 😊

A little video of shenanigans in the puppy pen. (Wet pad a result of them running through their water dish. 🤦‍♀️)

These babies are always on my mind. I love to waste time (not a waste!!) just watching them play. Personalities really come out during play time. In the video clip, watch for Cayenne and Cassia trying to lead a prison break in the corner! I love them all. ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Biscuit (yellow, boy) Poppy (pink, girl) Pepper (dark green, girl) Pickle (lime green, girl) Taco (red, boy) Chili (orange, boy) Cassia (purple, girl) Cayenne (blue, girl)

It's dinnertime!! As you can see, weaning is well on it's way. Dinner is composed of puppy formula mixed with finely ground puppy food into a delicious gruel. Sound yummy? Lol. Well they love it!

Here is a little video clip of puppy mayhem! They are very excited in anticipation of mealtime!
