My name is Savannah and I started Savvy Sits based based off of my experience working in shelters and boarding facilities over the years. I have seen first hand what the stress of being in an unfamiliar place can do to an animal. So I am here to make a difference in the lives of our pets around Indy! I will ensure your pets stay happy, healthy and stress free in their OWN HOME! A place where they'

re most relaxed and comfortable while you're away. I offer all of my pet sitting services in your home so that nobody has to worry. I'm experienced in handling dogs and cats of different behaviors, whether it's stranger reactivity, resource guarding, or look but don't touch, you name it. Most of my clients are rescues and honestly, I understand them more than most people. I am comfortable administering medication, I'm also first aid and CPR certified. Here at Savvy Sits, your pets are treated with love, patience, and respect because your family is my family!

I had the honor of spending just over 2 weeks with these handsome boys. Mr Wiggins and Murphy were wonderful hosts and we had so much fun together. This was the longest I’ve ever had a move-in-care stay for and it went so well. The boys missed mom & dad at times, but having me there to comfort them when they felt sad truly helped them overcome that feeling. I cannot wait to spend more time with them in March, but in Florida this time! 😍🐶🫶🏽🐶

Savvy Sits here making an announcement for a new opportunity for anyone looking to provide a home for probably the sweetest little kitten I have met. She was found in the middle of the woods and insisted on following me home. She immediately used the litter box and got her fill on food.

I never recommend doing walks in these red zones. We can do short 5 minute in and out potty walks but long walks are not safe with temperatures that high. Trust me, the pups and your vets will be grateful that you chose to be safe this summer.

With that being said I hope you all have a wonderful summer break and I hope you and your pets are satisfied with the care you receive from Savvy Sits!! 🐶🫶🏽🐱

We are ready for Halloween! 😌🎃♥️🐱

Hey cat pawrents! My boys Kota & Kole are here to tell you they LOVE puzzle toys. It’s a fun way to keep your kitties busy and entertained while you’re out. They need enrichment just like dogs do. I think someone is trying to cheat the system. 😜 Yes, they make puzzle toys for cats too! 😁 Enjoy!

I can officially say these ladies are my very first chicken clients. I typically only speak dog and cat so if anyone knows what they’re saying, definitely let me know! 😆 Otherwise I’ll be taking the Cluck language course over the weekend during my stay here. 😄🐔🥚 They’re definitely the friendliest chickens I’ve ever met LOL. Collected 7 eggs so far, I’d say we’re off to a great start! Have a fabulous Friday everyone! 🐶♥️🐱
