We are taking our Swedish Blue duck, Hilda (right) to the vet this week. Since we had her, her feet have crossed over more than they should making her slower than the others but fine. Over the years, she has had an on and off limp but this time she’s got quite a serious limp, she can’t get on and off the water tank anymore and isn’t moving much because it’s obviously uncomfortable ☹️ We had a look and her left hip sticks out more than the other one and she finds it quite painful to touch. We’re going to the vet to find out exactly how much pain she is in/quality of life but hopefully there is a treatment that could help her 🤞🏻
