Personal Update: As some of your might know, we have been training with Eve in Flyball for almost 2 years. (Time flies!😮) We love working with our pups on their various sports, and it was so exciting to see her do well for her team this weekend!
Jojo, a cockapoo puppy, joined us this week! He's so precious, and he loves running and wrestling. He's already so well-behaved! Elise Walton is doing such great work with his puppy fundamentals, and we're so happy to have them.
We all practiced our spins today during training time at daycare! 😍

We're so excited to meet Jovi today! Look't this precious face! I was actually on the phone with Jovi's mom when all of the craziness with my mom started up. It's been a long three weeks.
So, I want to say thank you to everyone who showed so much patience and understanding over the last few weeks. Your well wishes are very appreciated, and I'm so happy to say we are able to start bringing in new daycare pups again! When new pups start, we want to make sure we have enough supervision to keep everyone safe, and thankfully my mom is doing so well that I can spend more time getting daycare back to normal!
A Note to Our Clients:
Good evening,
For those of you who have had services in the last week, you may have noticed a lower level of communication, and I apologize for that. I want every one of you to know that the trust you have in us to work with your wonderful pets is so important to us.
Last Sunday night/early Monday morning, my mother, who I am terribly attached to, had a fall that caused a traumatic brain injury and resulting stroke. I didn't want to reach out to everyone before we knew her prognosis, because initially it was very bad.
The main part of her brain bleed was in the speech center, and so initially she couldn't understand anyone around her. My family was just there with her for dinner last Sunday night, and so it was incredibly jarring to see her going from a completely self-reliant 60yo who worked 60hrs a week to where she was Monday morning.
Thankfully, between Wednesday and today, my mom has impressed everyone by regaining her ability to say words and understand others. She has weakness on her right side, but she managed to stand with assistance of a walker for a physical therapy assessment today. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for those of you who I was able to tell what was going on and been patient and kind. My mother still has a ways to go, but her prognosis is unimaginably better than it was days ago.
All of this to say, I apologize for not being good at communication this week. I know our daycare updates have been lacking, and I may have missed some messages. I am working on getting everything back in order, but I do need a bit more patience while we figure out this new normal. I am one of a few people who can understand what my mom is trying to say, and so I am trying to be there for her any chance I get now as she begins all of the new therapies she needs.
If ever you would like an update for daycare dogs because we've fallen behind, please know that you can reach out any time and one of us will let you know how your babies are doing. If I miss a message, please just send us another one if you don't mind. I know waiting or having to ask can be frustrating, and I'm so sorry about that. We aim higher for quality of communication, but right now we're making sure to use all of our resources to ensure quality of care for the pets first-and-foremost.
Home visits might be at a little different times, messages from daycare may be shorter, and you may be hearing a lot more from Cooper and Kayla than usual while I get through at least the next week.
I anticipate everyone who didn't know about this will respond in gracious ways, because I know we curate only the best clients. 💕 Please do know that my love for your pets is on par with my love for my own (and maybe even more some days 😝), and I look forward to going back to continually striving to improve our services.

Transporting dogs is HARD on my poor car's interior. I should have taken a before picture. 🤦 Zeiger Mobile Auto Detailing was a lifesaver for me yesterday! A dog had an accident all over my back seats 🤢 and Andrew Zeiger not only fit me into his schedule, he worked on my car until it looked almost better than when I bought it. (There is only so much a human can do to try to get an ungodly amount of dog hair out of upholstery. 😅😅😅) Andrew was in way better spirits than I could have imagined after working on my interior, and I can't recommend him enough!
