Last night, Jasmin passed away in her sleep.
We rescued her in late 2022 when someone alerted her. She was walking strangely, and they suspected a fracture. We rushed her to the vet, and she had no fracture. It was her eyesight!
It would be too dangerous for her to go back to the street, so we adopted her. She integrated nicely and would spend time resting and eating with her siblings. Or be surrounded by the little ones.
The vet detected a tumor but she was too weak to undergo surgery. She left as a very dearly loved cat, missed and loved by all her siblings.

Jasmin is not well. She was tired and we took her to the vet.
An ultrasound scan showed she had a tumor near the spleen.
She has discharged and we are looking after her. We have all the babies assure her everyone is here looking after her.

Julie was one of the first rescues this year. She had ear cancer, and luckily, it was a very early stage, and after the surgery, she is cancer-free.
Early detection made a big difference and this is the only case that we successfully fought back the cancer.
Now she has a home, and she enjoys spending time with all her siblings. Seeing her relax, happy and carefree makes us very happy 🙂

News just came in. Rabbit's documentary has an official section in Italy's Milan Gold Awards. Rabbit has 22 awards for his FIV documentary.
We are so proud of him and when we shared the good news with him, his respond: Hmmmmmm

Today, we have a belated birthday for Jasmin.
Her papa was traveling and then got very sick.
We adopted Jasmin last year. Someone saw her walk strangely and suspected a fracture. We rushed her to the vet and it turned out her vision was not good so had to navigate her way carefully. She also had dental issues. With the eye sight issue, it is very dangerous for her to be on the street.
Now, she is very happy and comfortable and very loved by her siblings. And more importantly, in good health.
Having been through all these, we are so happy to be celebrating her 11 birthday!

Julie is such a sweeet girl. She is very caring, very approachable and sweet. It is no surprise that she is so popular. We would see her resting with some cats, then she would eat with a few others, play with the little ones. More importantly, we are glad she knows this is her home and she is welcome to do anything she likes anytime and anywhere.

Remembering amazing Marc.
This is one of our favourite photo of Marc. Baby Gus loves to run to Marc and sometimes this silly boy plays very rough with Marc.
But Marc was never upset with Baby Gus. In fact, he was aways amused by his little baby brother. Marc would look at Baby Gus with such doting and loving look on his face.
He behaved like an extremely loving and protective big brother to baby Gus. And of course baby gus knows it and that is why he felt so loved.
It is extremely sad to lose a sweet boy like Marc. But these beautiful memories of Marc will never go away.

Our precious little Marc passed away this morning.
Last week, the blood test showed an infection. Not a serious one and he was on antibiotics. However, when we discussed his medical history, there were concerns he may have some other genetic issues. In loving memory of a precious little boy.

Auntie Jasmine needs to go for a dental. We saw her drooling so we took her to the vet. She was rather unhappy and we had to hug her and cheer her up. The good news is the dental issue is not very serious and her health is good.

We are against convenience euthanasia. It is the putting down of animals for non-medical reasons.
This is Mr. Sawyer T. Rabbit. He is FIV+, in very bad shape and very aggressive to humans when rescued. A rescuer group wanted to put him down for looking so sick.
We managed to rescue him and after 6 months Rabbit became friendly to us. He also put on weight. Here is the before and after. Every rescued animal deserves a chance to recover. We dont have the right to end their lives!

This is Rebecca, mother of Baby Gus.
We fostered baby Gus when he was tested FeLV+. As he is still young we hope it is a false positive. but we already told the rescuer we will also adopt Rebecca. Our hope is baby Gus will test negative and then mummy and baby can be together.
It was a stressful wait because we so badly hope baby gus is negative.
Then the result came! Negative! it was so happy. and from that moment, he was united with his mummy.

Today, we have a belated birthday for Billy.
5 years ago, we adopted Billy from Sentosa. He was abandoned and builled by cats in the area. IT is dangerous for him to be on the street so we adopted him. We still cannot go too near him but luckily, he like to mingle with his siblings.
Time flies and Billy is now 9yo.
We wish him happy birthday and good health.

A very beautiful julie.
She never had such a big family and she is loving it.
Her siblings are very caring and loving towards her.
We feel so happy seeing her mingle with her siblings and then running to play with the little ones. Then she napped with her other siblings. She feels happy ans safe and she knows that she can do whatever she like in her own home.

Another belated birthday. This time its Marc and he's 4yo!
Marc was very shy little boy and Sassy was always protecting him. So we decided to adopt both Marc and Sassy. It is not fair to split them because 1 is being adopted.
Marc is baby Gus very cool big brother. Sometimes baby Gus plays very rough but marc would look at him very affectionately and then gently pat him. other times u see baby gus rest with marc.
Happy birthday and very proud of Marc.
