What a Great Adoption!!!!!! I’m so happy!!! This makes my day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Cali in her new home after only being there for a few days. Truly amazing

Hi going good! I should have taken a picture a few min ago. I like to do jigsaw puzzles and I have a 1,000-piece puzzle on my table that I am working on for a few weeks. I heard something and there she was casually laying on my puzzle with a few pieces on the floor. 😊 she is so cute I could barely make myself pick her up and move her. Oh, and this morning she walked across my desk and was on my zoom call with a client 😂
We are getting to know each other. She still spends every moment near me, which I love. 💜. Sleeps next to my head. And lays on my pillow after I get up.

Abe the father of all 9 kittens I rescued and 2 wives that we know of. Millie’s dada! Has a bad bite wound. I will be trapping him. ❤️❤️❤️❤️I go every other day to feed him in a really bad area.

My Cali has been adopted by Renee! Beautiful lady❤️❤️❤️❤️it was love at first site ❤️❤️❤️Cali’s owner was evicted from the nursing home where she was living and she left the cat. I was seeing a patient for PT and they know I also have a rescue and asked me if I could help. I scanned her for a chip and another rescue up in Palm Beach adopted her out and when I called them to tell them what happened, they said they had no room for her. Really? She’s so lovable and beautiful. Only 3 years old. She likes to be the only cat!

UPDATE: MILAGRO

I must thank my lucky stars as I have been the most fortunate rescuer in the last few weeks.
I have received a record breaking amount of help from incredibly generous donors. Without your bountiful contributions, Milagro never would have received the intricate surgery to save her life. She is still not out of the woods as she is back in the hospital dealing with unexpected issues. Her recovery will depend on 24/7 monitoring and continuous care once she is released. I work (away from home) full time and although I have worked some miracles with sick cats who have made their way into my rescue, Millie’s condition is way above my level of experience.
So, back to why I am so lucky. I had the fortune of meeting Shelley, an oncology nurse and a wealth of knowledge of all things medical. She now helps with a rescue and has even dealt with Atresia Ani. She has been my support system throughout Millie’s journey and has graciously offered to be Millie’s caretaker going forward. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her magnanimous offer. There simply aren’t enough words to thank you, Shelley. I love you!
Transport has been arranged to get Millie from the hospital to Wilmington, Nc where I know Millie will be in the best, most experienced, and loving hands. David Parkins was her caretaker & transporter for 12 hrs. He transports animals all over. Wonderful person!

I went down to Aventura to help a friend in need. Mila got out 6 weeks ago. Happy ending! Got her under my drop trap.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Little Milagro did wonderful her first day home! Over night p**p happened and out of her new a**s!!!! Woot woot! I never thought I would be so happy to see a formed piece of p**p. Now we need to keep her resting, eating and p**ping. A shoutout to a god sent Shelley Mayfield with RescueConnect out of Wilmington NC. She reached out to me after seeing my Facebook post about Millie. She has been there for me since day one encouraging me to do the surgery and the aftercare. We know there will be ups and downs because of the Atresia Ani surgery and the delicacy of that area, but she has given me the encouragement and tools to do all that I can to help
Milagro(Millie) survive this and heal. Prayers on the continued path to healing for Millie❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Look whose coming home today ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️yes! Milagro. She was diagnosed with Atresia Ani with rectovaginal fistula. She was born without an a**s and had surgery to create an a**s. She’s doing amazing so far!!!! Thanks to everyone that donated to make this possible. Will keep everyone updated on her progress ❤️❤️❤️

MILAGRO UPDATE:

My little Milagro doing much better today. She ate, p**ped, and got to take the cone of shame off while being photographed.
Had a very scary setback over the weekend when she ripped her stitches when old hard f***l material finally came out and had to have a second surgical procedure to repair the damage. Needless to say Millie will be spending unplanned additional time at the hospital where she will receive 24 hour care. The vets treating her are cautiously optimistic but keep stressing that the next two weeks are still critical.

A special shout out to the donor who made the extended stay at the hospital financially possible. You are a lifesaver❤️❤️❤️
