PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS LEASHED. YOUR DOG IS NOT THE ONLY ANIMAL OUTSIDE. I was in my FRONT YARD that has a fence and ANOTHER UNLEASHED giant dog came INTO MY YARD and chased Felix up the stairs. The dog did not get to Felix this time thank god, but Felix is scared to go outside right now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS LEASHED, ESPECIALLY IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
