45 pounds less than today. I weigh less than I have had for over a decade. I encourage you all to focus on your mobility goals while you lose weight as well. Mobility is one of the greatest predictors of health at an advanced age! (Nurse here!)
Here are the mobility goals I have worked on and achieved since this month: getting up from the ground from a grid. No hands, no bet on the 4. Mdr! Step up the steps by 24". Squats with one leg. (Mines are still small but I can do them when I couldn't do them months ago!) I also discover that I can squat to get something and get up without feeling the need to grumble. Hahaha!

My next mobility goal is to be able to pull upwards. I now train doing dead suspensions on a bar and lifting of knees/legs while being suspended.
