🎄🐾❄️🎅✂️Christmas appointments🎅❄️🐾🎄✂️

So as our most exciting festive season is nearly upon us and our exceptional busy period I’d just like to ask for some help to make sure all appointments run smoothly and as fun as possible!

🐾 Please all double check when your Christmas appointment is and please make sure you can attend on the time agreed.if you are unsure please let me know and I can confirm your appointment! You will revive a reminder text the day before so if you don’t receive one please contact me! We do try and send these out mis afternoon! And as always please reply even if it’s just a 👍!

🐾 I do appreciate that not all owners can drop of and pick up their dogs at this busy time of year, and they have asked other family members to do this for them, please let me know the name of the family member dropping off or picking up, just so we know they are going home with the correct person! If you also require a payment link to be sent to you so payment can be made please ask me to send this through as it will have to be paid in full before the dog is picked up by the designated family member.

🐾 We do not have the availability to change or swap any appointments, so anyone who unfortunately can not attend will have to re-book back in. ( at the moment we are booking in March but with limited availability)

🐾 Please be on time for your appointment, and please pick up on time!

🐾 If you do not turn up to your appointments or cancel without giving 48 hours notice a 50% fee will be needed before your next appointment, failure to do so will mean cancellation of any other appointments booked in.

🐾 Please be aware some dogs may lap over in time by 5/10 minutes, I have tried my best to try and avoid this happening, there is a designated waiting area (no crates!) so all dogs can be kept separate!

🐾 Please make sure your dog has been to the toilet before their appointment too!

🐾 Please also be advised all messages and phone calls will be replied to at the end of the day, as we are extremely busy.

🎄🎄 Don’t forget to also check out our Christmas spa package, Paw baubles, the bespoke bandannas, & our new Apple and cinnamon dog bites my lot found them very Moorish!!!!!

We look forward to welcoming you and your pooches over the festive season!

🐾🎄CHRISTMAS PAW BAUBLES!🎄🐾

I know so many of you keep asking me regards our annual Christmas baubles that we bake at home and where all proceeds go to a dog charity!

Firstly, apologies that they are a little bit late. However we’ve had my grandmother in hospital who is now making a fabulous recovery!! so I can now gear up the oven and get baking!

This year I let my grandmother decide what charity we should donate the money to. She has asked if we can do it for THERAPY DOGS UK This charity helps in so many ways and provide comfort destruction and stimulation towards different types of people of all ages, therapy dogs it’s not a new charity.
They have been around for 40 years helping people all around the country.

The therapy dogs and their volunteers have seen results in all types of people from improvement in their general health, mental health, confidence levels improved and controlled movement and improved communication skills.

Therapy Dogs are also helping with special needs and autistic children and adults given pure focus and providing a calming relaxed environment.

Volunteers and their therapy dog visit schools, special needs schools, hospitals, nursing homes, care centres and prisons. They also do a scheme which is called Paw & Read which is where they work in schools and work closely with teachers and parents and encourage the children to interact with a therapy dog by reading them a story.
They also educate, therapy dogs nationwide have a program where they use temperament assessed dogs with their volunteer handlers into primary, junior, high and senior schools to help children relax and communicate and also that not all dogs are scary most of them just want to cuddle!!

So fear not the biscuits shall be available hopefully from Tomorrow!! 🥣🐾🎄🍭🍪🍯😋

Thank you all for patience whilst waiting for the 2025 diary!!

I shall now begin booking everyone in who has been in contact or spoken to me about bookings for next year!

Please bare with me as we currently have 86 people wanting to book for the whole year! (May take me a couple of weeks!)
We shall be booking in everyone in the order of the list! (I really hope I don’t miss anyone!!) as always I can’t promise to get everyone’s appointment perfect but I shall try as always, any issues I shall be in touch!

If you haven’t been in touch regards any appointments after Christmas please get in touch! As January and February are quickly filling up! 😁

We are doing things a little different this year, as seen in the photo we are writing everyone’s appointments down on a piece of paper just so no Autocorrect on the technology can happen!🤣🤣 these can be picked up at your next appointment (hopefully if I’ve done them!) or I can send it in picture form to you via text or WhatsApp!
