Welcome Rex von Haus Cook!

Rex has wonderful new parents who are doing an amazing job at getting him settled in and into a new routine. While their training skills clearly already shine, they need just a little push from outside eyes to help out. That’s where I come into play to tweak a few things. Each month I will be giving away one session at 50% off. In order to be entered in the drawing, you must complete the command topic for that month.

For March we will be focusing on the “look” command. This command is so important for so many reasons. Some but not all reasons include the pup being able to focus better on you to hear what’s being asked, listening better in a crowded area, being able to read each other emotionally better as you are meeting the eyes, and many more.

*Social Living*

Have you ever wanted to take your dog somewhere and they just won't stop barking or pacing? Or maybe whenever someone gets close they almost knock them over out of excitement. I can help with that! Mildred here was recently exposed to a new way of living. This meant new sounds, smells, people, and machines. After a week of working with her I was able to completely stop her barking and have her calmly remain in place. Now we both look forward to relaxing outside together at the end of the day. We as people often doubt how smart a pup is until we see that learned behavior. But, due to how fast a dog's mind grows, they are so capable of learning early on in life. These babies are able to understand how to walk properly on a leash, sit, lay and have a solid foundation to the come command. In fact, providing them the opportunity to learn all of these commands will set them up for more success as they go through the chaos that comes with being a teenager.

WELCOME!

My name is Kayla. My dog and I recently moved to Florida from Virginia. I'm eager to get established and see where this beautiful crazy state takes us!

A little about me: I've been in the pet industry for 15 years professionally. Prior to the professional life, I grew up caring for all sorts of animals. This included a healthy mix of reptiles, small critters, cats, dogs, cattle and horses. It was clear from an early age that I was meant to work with animals.

For 12 years, I owned two thriving grooming salons. Though I loved building the companies from the ground up, I knew it was time to sell and enter into my true passion-training. I've now been a balanced dog trainer for 3 years. I love helping others find the peace that comes with being able to communicate with your pup successfully. And the look on the dogs face knowing they did good is priceless. I can't wait to help your family bond grow stronger with your pup.

I will be offering single pay sessions and a package where you can purchase three sessions at a time for a discount. These sessions can either be in your home or at a park. Each session will be catered to your pups level, whether that be more basic or advanced commands. You shouldn't have to pay for what you don't need.
