🐕 This applies to us humans as well as our four-legged friends.

🐺 Adult dogs need an average of 17 to 20 hours of sleep per day, and of course they don't sleep deeply all the time.

🐶 And puppies and adolescents should spend up to 22 hours resting and sleeping to grow up healthy, calm and balanced.
