Isn’t it crazy to think this dog has NOT had any electric clippers on her?!

She is part of our group of regular clients maintaining a traditional method of grooming called Hand-stripping. Common among breeds in the Terrier and Gundog groups

Each individual strand of hair is meticulously removed by hand to preserve the correct and traditional texture and function of the dogs coat. These dogs are bred over decades and in some cases much much longer for their hair to have the ability to be removed this way.

Some other breeds we service with this type of grooming is West Highland White Terriers, Border Terrier, Schnauzer, Airdale Terrier, Cairn Terrier, Griffon Bruxellois, Affenpinscher, King Charles Cavalier, English Cocker Spaniel, Irish Red Setter, Italian Spinone and many many more.

*Please note this type of grooming runs a seperate price bracket and maintenance schedule and is not available to every dog*
