Argos got his first walk since he got here to recover from leg surgery and enjoyed every second of it. Even if it was less than half a mile since he's gotta build that muscle back up

So remember when I said there was a problem with the gelatin? Well the pups got these batches. I have theories as to what went wrong and will try again tomorrow as i am out of gelatin for the time. Unless someone wants bring me some maybe? 🤣

Well there was a small complication with the gelatin powder mixing in the rest of the stuff on these so they don't look as great as the water melon ones but they passed the taste better. Lil Burt was begging for more of both and argos even took some. I have a sneaking suspicion these might be quite popular

So, the thicker batch came out great but didn't solve the problem i was hoping it would. While these are frozen treats, they start to melt pretty quickly when heat is applied (like when you hold them). And they stain things EASY. Just putting a warning on that right now

Okay so... here's where I'm at. Cheese is in the press and i have high hopes for how it turns out compared to my attempts with no press years ago. It already looks better then before (i got curious and peeked). As for some of the others... I think i have perfected the art of natural gummy treats. They will be good for dogs of any age as they are super soft and chewy. Kinda like gummy bears but no added sugars, dyes, or preservatives. Just gelatin. See pic below. I also have a digestive treat in the works but it requires freezing so we'll see how that turns out in an hour or so. It will probably have to be kept frozen till time of consumption so it'll also make for the perfect summer treat.

Author's note: I'm typing this out on my phone and it doesn't tell me most spelling errors so if there are any I'm sorry.
