Spending quality time with two of our past puppies. Pippa from Penny & Hank and Nola from Dottie and Hank. I have missed them so much. They are so loving.

Penny and Hank’s puppies have found their new homes. We have the best families. This time we had two returning families that added more HCD puppy love to their family. Thank you to all who support our love for our Dachshund family. It is quiet around here now. We are waiting….so stay tuned.

Penny's babies are changing every day. I had to hold the little girl. She is a busy girl and I could not get her to sit still for the picture. The others were still sleeping and had not problem posing.

Once again we have had a beautiful litter of puppies that have taken the breath away from all who have come in contact with them. We have added several more to our HCD family and we are so happy about that. Lilly has been a wonderful first time mom. We have one puppy left from the litter. He is ready to go to his forever home. Someone needs to save me from myself because I am getting very attached with every passing day.

Penny had to have a C-Section. She did great and we brought home 4 strong puppies. 1 Girl and 3 Boys. She is such a wonderful Momma.

Here at HCD we offer to puppy sit any of our litters. We love doing this because it helps our adoptive families, but, we love spending time with them. This past weekend we had a brother and sister from Birdies last litter. They had such a great time and so did the humans. Sometimes you get lucky and snap a perfect picture. This is Birdie with Violet and Brisket. There is no denying they are family. Thanks John David for snapping the pic.

They are growing up so fast. They will be 7 weeks on Monday! We have these 2 girls and 1 boy available.

Penny and Hank's puppies are eating puppy food mushed up and getting their bellies soooooooo full. Brought them out to sit in the basket and in anybody's laps for some sunshine. I think they might feel safe and happy. I know they make me feel that way when I am near them. We were watching the Texas Tech game and little Bear ( Black and Tan) had to have his red cape of course.

This time is always a happy time and it tugs at my heartstrings. The time for our little ones to go to their new families. We are so fortunate to cross paths with the most wonderful families for our little ones to complete their circle of love. We had 12 and I looked up and now we just have 2. So, here are the sweetest boys in the entire universe. Let us know if you are interested.

Dottie's puppies are going to be 7 wks old on Monday. So it is time to find their new families. They are so smart and entertaining! Dotster and Rusty are boys and Peggy and Dottie 2.0 are girls.
