Just to keep everyone updated. The case has been ajourned until mid December for a pre-trial review. Hopefully there will be a final court date set at this review.

I think its fair to say that this is the news many people have hoped and waited for for a very long time. Zoie Burton of 'Donkeys Of Wales' will be in court on September 10th at 2pm in Llanelli facing charges relating to approximately 75 animals which were confiscated and one which had to be put to sleep earlier this year in a joint operation between The Donkey Sanctuary and RSPCA. Lets hope justice is served for the animals and everyone who has been misled.
