Seeds can travel into up into the body and will need operating to remove. Common places found are inbetween toes , pads , armpits and even ears. They even stuck to collars and harnesses.
After a walk especially in long grass please check through your dog. Save a trip to the vets!

Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely weather.
Just a mention to please avoid walking your dogs here to the salon and use a car if possible. I have aircon here for the dogs (and me🤣) and water.

Please keep your dogs cool on this heat with cool Matt’s ect and DO NOT walk them wait till cooler in the evening. A dog never died from missing a walk!

Being a dog groomer is hard work but one thing I do love is the golden oldies. Seeing them come in and trying to make them as comfortable as possible is my main priority and bring me so much love. When they leave us , as groomers we feel the heartache also.

Evening all! Hope everyone is well!

Just a mention that I am on holiday from the 28th Oct and back into the salon on the 14th Nov. 🏖️

I have contacted all customers during this time that have a booking. If you know your dog is due around the time I go away please contact me as I do not want to disappoint when all appointments have been taken. You are more then welcome to contact me if you are unsure and I can work out the weeks in between your dogs appointments.

Hudson the havanse. His coats a little brittle but working on it 💪🏻 today bathed in the The Pawdinary Grooming Supplies innocent shampoo and then using the Hydrate leave in conditioner which is a game changer ! All dogs in the salon are bathed and conditioned in the Pawdinary range 🌟

It was a Pom day today. Supper impressed with me Blown Away Shampoo The Pawdinary Grooming Supplies used on two Poms. Made dead out fall out easier , less drying time and a beautiful shine to the coat! I’m hooked ! This video was took after a blasting with no brushing so can see just how little undercoat I’ll need to get brush and comb out.

Another Appreciation post to local Small businesses! Massive thank you to The Sweet Spot Essex for cake. I may have had two slices 😂🤩

When older dogs get to a point when sometimes there health problems means we need to work around them. So them meant today we groomed Freya’s head on the floor and it’s So much less stress for her 😊
