Totally tub-ular Thursday! We've been cranking out lots of Hangars and Concepts this week, and this black build with white front, stand, and satin blue logo is headed to a new home 💙

Throwback Thursday to the beginning in December 2019! Tiny CNC, no shop, full time automotive careers, smoking a brisket in our driveway, right before the world changed forever. So happy to have these little snippets from the past.
Taki Tuesday! Here is another nightly explore session captured from across the room of our Biak, Taki. Just have to chuckle at his little snake figure zooming through the night 😁
Throwback Thursday to early 2020, building enclosures out of our garage and upstairs home! We were told to go home from our jobs and not get paid during the Shutdowns. Well... three years later, we're still at it, putting everything (plus savings, retirement, and then some 😵💫) into this crazy thing we call Focus Cubed Habitats 🥹
Only the finest morning coffee delivery experience around here 😏
I caught Pepè laying his head on a perch, watching me feed a couple of bearded dragons early this morning from his shelf hide in the TwentyFour XL SD retic kit. I took advantage of the momentary quiet of the day to say good morning and see if he'd come explore.
THIS is what keeping should be about. Walking in our front door and admiring them!
Pepè in shed chillin' in his plant 😊
New arrival - Retic Sticks! Custom made, high tensile, carbon fiber perches for 6 foot enclosures 😎

Assembling our enclosures is a snap 😉
For Feature Friday, here is a fun little project we've had going for the last four months! At the end of each day, we take a photo of each other with the day's enclosure builds in the background.
Since we have quite a lot of new followers lately - Focus Cubed Habitats is just me, Ashley, and my husband Stephen working to build something better for this community. It is so dang cool to see what all of our hard-earned hours of labor produce over time, thank you all for being a part of the ride 🥹

About
Welcome to Focus³ Habitats – we’re glad you are here sharing your passion for providing the best care for your reptiles and other exotic animals with us!
We are a husband and wife team, Stephen and Ashley, with over 25 years of reptile experience. These hybrid PVC acrylic enclosures were born out of our need for higher quality care of captive exotics. Ashley brings animal knowledge and Stephen brings creativity and engineering.
Ashley was the weird kid growing up. Started keeping reptiles at age 7, even the family Christmas card was little Ashley standing in front of the tree holding a rescued mature male iguana. It was more like hugging really. Outside of motorsports, exotic animals are her passion.
Stephen grew up with a knack for combining creativity with precision. His extensive motorsport background bolsters his drive to create innovative designs that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Together, we breed high-end crested geckos while keeping a multitude of other species including monitors, bearded dragons, snakes, amphibians, and a number of invertebrates. Over many years of keeping we’ve used glass, wood, tubs, racks, etc. Glass enclosures are expensive, heavy, and required work to help the animal feel secure. Wooden enclosures can be beautiful, but heavy, are not naturally water-resistant, and can easily harbor bacteria. Plastic tubs function but providing non-sterile, bioactive, and UVB is more of a chore. Plus, tub enclosures just do not inspire us to want to show them off to friends and family.
After all, our reptiles make us proud – so what better way to show them off in their environment than with premium enclosures for both the animal and the keeper. Focus³ Habitats was born.
We’d love for you to join us in owning quality habitats without compromise. Hand-assembled in the USA by keepers, for keepers.
