Happy Thanksgiving from us to YOU!
A huge thank you to all our Flight Angels system wide who donate their days to helping rescue pets in need. We couldn’t do this without you and y’all are truly appreciated!

Today we want to celebrate a veteran Flight Angel who helped transport Sour Patch from Dallas to Denver with 1 days notice! This phenomenal Angel is the one and only, Forrest S. He is one of a kind.

Thank you for transporting on your day off and making a little adventure out of it. Forrest went skiing in Colorado after he dropped this cutie off! Sour Patch had the best day and was LUVed on by many.. I think she was the favorite passenger of the day!

This was a rescue to rescue transport with our friends at and . We are thrilled for this partnership and are looking forward to more transports with y’all in the future!

To our rescues, the endless amount of time, energy, effort and money it costs to save all these lives we know is astronomical. We appreciate all of you for saving the lives of hundreds of thousands of pets each year. Every rescue big and small is making a difference and we are so grateful to be a small part of the rescue story by flying them home.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

What an exciting day for BB! This sweet girl flew from New Orleans to Manchester! This was all made PAWsible by our 2 first time Flight Angels, Amy P and Megan B! We could not have done this without them and can’t thank them both enough for donating their day to this sweet kitty!

BB’s owner recently passed away and took him in and contacted us to see if we could help transport him to another family member who lived far away. We are grateful this sweet kitty didn’t end up in the shelter after losing her owner and thankful she is now HOME 🖤

Thank you Angela with Purrs of Hope for all she is doing in the rescue world for kitties in need. We appreciate you and all that you do!

Another big thank you again to Megan and Amy for giving their time, compassion and miles to help BB get to her new family.
Your dedication to transporting her with care is a beautiful example of what it means to be Flight Angels ❤️💛💙

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

What a special day for Ponyta. This sweet kitty was rescued by in Florida. Here is a little bit about his rescue story:

“Born outside with 6 siblings to a mom with pr*****ed uterus. Mom required emergency surgery, babies required bottle feeding and continuous supplementation and care until old enough to wean. Mom was emaciated and had a rough time caring for them, but loved being with her babies. Their foster caregiver provided around the clock care to all of them to ensure they were healthy and thrived. As the kittens began to grow, it was noted that two kittens had the neurological disorder Cerebellar Hypoplasia, causing them to be off balance. We posted on a special needs group and found an adopter able to care for this sweet boy. All other siblings and mom were adopted locally.”

He is now HOME thanks to our 2 amazing first time Flight Angels, Melanie C and Ashley W! Melanie flew from Dallas to Orlando to pick up this “precious cargo” and then flew him to Nashville. From there she was met by Ashley who flew Nashville to Detroit! These 2 went above and beyond for this special boy and we can’t thank them enough. Our hearts are FULL!

Ponyta is in the best hands and will be LUVed on for the rest of his life 💕

Flight Angel Amy S and her daughter traveled from DAL-BOI to take Ron to his new rescue, ! We LUV seeing a mother daughter transport. What a great way to spend the day together, volunteering to help a rescue pet in need. Thank you both for donating your day to Ron. 🤍
They also ran into another Flight Angel, Tracy C who was transporting a pup the same route!

He was rescued by our friends at and discovered he had heart worms. They teamed up with Lake Lowell Animal Rescue where Ron will complete his treatment and get the care he needs there.

We are grateful for this partnership and thrilled for Ron and his happily ever after! ❤️💛💙

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Ivy made it across the US! From Boise, Idaho to New York City- she’s officially a Travel Pro!
Lady Grace Rescue-Coton de Tulear Rescue stepped in when a family had contacted them. They had 5 pups they needed help rehoming due to their owner being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It was a difficult decision but they were ultimately thinking what would be best for the pups and we were able to help assist with one- this sweet girl Ivy!

We could not have done this transport without Dena W and Tracy C! They pulled together a tag team offer and both played a major role in Ivy’s second chance. Y’all are truly amazing! Thank you, for everything!

Ivy is now in Vermont with her new family and going to live the rest of her days being spoiled with LUV❣️

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Clarabelle made it to Maryland thanks to our first time Flight Angel, Selah W! She is a pro already and we are so thankful for all she did to help! It was an emotional day filled with lots of LUV, snuggles and doggie kisses. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for this sweet senior pup. 🐶

Here is her rescue story:
Clarabelle’s journey began when a kind woman found her and posted on Facebook asking for help. Rescue support was initially promised, but when that fell through, her future became uncertain. Thankfully, and a partnering rescue stepped in and kept her safe.

When Clarabelle arrived, she had a large mass hanging from her abdomen. They got her to the vet right away, and the incredible team was able to remove it. After testing her tumor was a low-grade mammary carcinoma with a very low chance of spreading! 🎆

With that behind her, Clarabelle is now healthy, happy, and HOME thanks to this amazing Team of volunteers who saved her life!

This transport was a Tag Team effort and we couldn’t have done it without y’all! Thank you for making a difference in these 2 kitties lives 🥹

This transport was made PAWsible by our rescue partner ! It’s always a pleasure to work together and we appreciate all you do for the kitties in South Florida! Not only did she rescue these 2, she found them the best home together in Boston with a family who is OVER THE MOON in LUV!

These 2 get the life they deserve thanks to everyone involved 🥹

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Tivoli was rescued by in TX. When they found her they realized something wasn’t right and had her seen by their vet. She had a prior injury to her back and unfortunately there wasn’t anything the vets could do with how she healed. Because of this, she had to wear a diaper and can’t control when she needs to go potty.
teamed up with and we were able to assist with getting her from SAT-MDW-ALB.

This was all made PAWsible by our incredible veteran Flight Angel, Charlene W! She traveled from Florida the day prior to make this transport happen. She is the Spirit of SWA with her Warrior Spirit and Servants Heart ❤️
Thank you Charlene! She captured their day and just look at this sweet pup! It was a SUCCESS!

SPHINX HIT THE JACKPOT 🎰
She is one of the 30+dogs that was rescued by . The dogs were sadly living in heart breaking conditions in a mobile home and this sweet girl was one of them.
This transport was made possible by our amazing Flight Angel, Karla C, who donated her whole day to getting Sphinx from AUS — BOS! It was a long day but the look on her adopters face was worth it all.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE:

MAX is HOME! We teamed up with to get this sweet boy from Texas to Florida! It was such a wonderful day but it started out with a few hiccups!
Due to a mishap with his first flight we had to get creative on how to get this sweet pup to FL and that’s when Charlene W stepped in. She hopped on a plane (that same AM!) when she found out this little guy wasn’t gonna make it to FL that day. This was a first for us! She was determined to help this sweet baby and we can’t thank her enough. They also got to fly on the new MAX8 with SWA ✈️
It was meant to be.. Max on a MAX 🥰

Max’s story began on the tough streets of Houston, where his brave mama was struggling to survive while carrying precious lives inside her. With no shelter, no food and no safety.. Things looked bleak until a kind-hearted Good Samaritan stepped in.

This amazing foster opened their heart and home, giving Max’s mom the warm, safe place she desperately needed to bring her babies into the world. Max was born into love, surrounded by compassion and has known nothing but kindness since the day he opened his eyes.

Charlene flew to Orlando where his new dad drove 3.5+ hours to pick him up. We are appreciative that he was so willing to drive the distance so Max could get home!

Thanks to a village of rescuers, fosters, adopters and animal lovers like Charlene- this baby is now HOME 🥹

Margot believes in magic 🥹✨
Her wish was answered when our amazing Flight Angel Sara V. volunteered to take her to her new mama! Sara traveled from LAS-HOU to pick up this sweet chi and transport her to her FURever home in Ohio! Thank you so much Sara for donating your day, time and LUV to this sweet girl.

Margot was a rescue from . She was found with 30 other dogs living in unimaginable conditions. LWHA stepped in, fostered her and found her a new family where she is going to thrive.

We are so grateful to help another pup in need get to their happily ever after. Thank you to the village that helped make it happen!

This little CUTIE traveled from HOU — SDF with our amazing first time Flight Angel, Ross B! He is a pro already and we can not thank him enough for accompanying this little lady on her flight to her new family!
Shout out to Ross for his Servants Heart ❤️💛💙

Clementine was found with her 30+ brothers and sisters in an awful hoarding situation. Their living conditions were heart breaking and we are so thankful that she was grabbed by . They found her the most amazing family and gave her the TLC she needed. She is now the sweetest and confident pup and we are excited for her second chance at life.
From rags to riches.. She hit the jackpot 🎰
