Today marks 10 years managing Charmhaven Central Coast Animal Shelter 🎉

We have seen so many changes during this period of time. Our small, not for profit rescue organisation has grown tenfold and expanded to include Erina Central Coast Animal Shelter.

We are extremely proud of our achievements. Saving and rehoming thousands of Central Coast animals, contributing and making a difference in pound reform and becoming an integral part of our community.

We would like to thank 🙏

Our dedicated past and present staff, volunteers, foster carers and Socares board members who have worked tirelessly to ensure every animal that comes through our doors are given the best care possible 🐾

I missed you quietly today. So quietly that no one noticed.
I missed you as I climbed out of bed and as I brushed my teeth; when I get ready for work and as I heard the rain outside my window.
I missed you while I made lunch and as I kicked off my shoes when I got home; as I switched off the lights and climbed into bed for the night.
I miss you as I sit on the lounge at night, while I relax with my feet up.
I missed you without tears or noise or fanfare.
But oh how I felt it.
I felt it in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening and at night. I felt it as I woke, as I waited, as I worked. I felt it at home, on the road, in the light, in the dark, in the sun and in the rain.
I felt it in every one of those moments, each one sitting heavier and heavier as the weight of me missing you kept growing and growing.
Yes, I missed you so quietly today.
But I felt it so loudly.

It's been just over a year since I did my first ever mobile dog wash and I cant believe I'm coming up to my 1st Year anniversary already!
The reality is,, This was the best decision I have ever made regarding my working career.. 💪 The people and pets I have met over this past year reinforce my decision making my New and improved Lifestyle more than I could have asked for.
Thank you to every single individual who has talked about me, shared my page on Facebook, commented on recommendations, booked me for my services and allowed me to become a set fixture in your furbabies lives.
