In recent months because we have struggled to cope with an unmanageable number of transport requests due to restricted flights and Covid Lockdowns we have had to limit the number new enquiries for our services.
We are still accepting bookings from our REGULAR CLIENTS but only limited enquiries from NEW CLIENTS to ensure we continue to provide timely responses and professional transport solutions all.
Our online Enquiry form remains disabled until further notice. Please read on for further details and contact options. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We are processing enquiries from our Regular/Existing clients and breeders via email and Facebook but we are currently unable to accept enquiries requesting urgent transport within the next 7 days.

We are unable to accept enquiries requesting urgent transport within the next 7 days as all services are generally booked out at least one week ahead.
We are unable to accept new enquiries or bookings for Southbound services through QLD โ NSW โ Victoria โ S.A. as these runs are fully booked at this time.
We do have spaces available for many Northbound Services from/through S.A. โ Vic. โ NSW โ QLD, please enquire via email or Facebook for specifics of when we would be able to assist you.

Our current response time for enquiries is up to 2-3 business days and most of our southbound routes are fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance, Northbound may be 1-2 weeks. We ask that you be aware of the above limitations and endeavour to allow additional lead times for all bookings and for Breeders to communicate this to their clients.
We apologise for any inconvenience and delays, we are doing everything we can to speed the process up but it is likely to last till lockdowns ease, we thank you all for your patience.

As of 7th Sept we are now able to accept a limited amount of new enquiries for Transport. Please check the details below before enquiring and please note that the online Enquiry form on our Website remains disabled until further notice.
Please message us via Facebook with the basic details such as the From & To locations, pet details and preferred date. We will be able to provide some basic information and probable timeframes. If we are able to assist you we will send you a link to our Enquiry form for you to complete to obtain a quote and further details. By managing the amount of enquiries we receive in this way we hope to be able to respond to all enquiries within 2-3 days.
Please note however that if you are enquiring regarding transport within the next 7 days we will be unlikely to be able to assist you as our services are generally fully booked at least 1-2 weeks ahead and currently up to 4 weeks on some routes.
Additionally because of the high numbers of transport requests due to Covid Lockdowns we will be unable to assist with all transport requests.
We are also still processing enquiries from regular clients via Facebook and email however we ask that you be aware of the above limitations and endeavour to allow additional lead times for all bookings where possible and communicate this to your clients.
Whilst this is inconvenient for us all it is essential to enable us to maintain reasonable response times and this is a problem being experienced by all Interstate Pet Transporters at this time. We will continue to deal with existing bookings and requests and prioritise regular clients before responding to new enquiries.
If you are a client buying a pet from a Breeder who has used us regularly in the past it may streamline the process if you have the Breeder contact us. We are prioritising regular clients and they may get a quicker response to their enquiry than you will.
Whilst our response times have been slow lately, our road based services are continuing as usual without delays and we do have Freight Service travel exemptions and a Covid Safe business plan in place allowing us into each State.
Despite having increased the number of interstate trips we are doing our trips are currently booking out quickly on all routes and especially the southbound trips between QLD, NSW and Victoria. You should expect that it may take 2-3 weeks in total for us to respond and have a transport space for your pets.
We are still not taking enquiries by phone because we are constantly on the phones and therefore missing most incoming calls. But our Customer service follow up regarding bookings already in the system is operating normally, and this always takes priority over new enquiries. If you are phoning with questions or to finalise details regarding a current booking please leave a message including the booking reference number and we will call back as soon as we can. If possible email us via [email protected] instead.
The Online Enquiry Form on our Website has been disabled temporarily due to the excessive number of enquiries we had been receiving and we will review this regularly.
